Please (in detail) describe the incident: We tried to kidnap an Unknown Azteca (979?), surrounded him with firearms, and instructed him to get out of the vehicle with his hands up. He got out and shot me, completely unaffected by the situation he was in and steering the roleplay in that direction. I think this is obviously NVL because we might have explored different alternatives instead of firing had he actually role-played.

Hello ,

I was with Paul in this situation , and i would like to add that before we hands him up , we already knew it was aztecas since we saw this car multiple times at aztecas block and we called it on radio , and we saw the same car kidnapping a balla from tire nutz , so we was sure it was teccas before we hands him up , specially that we already had one of them and he appeared behind us to search for the other member obviously , and i have all the screenshots and clips if needed.

Its very clear to see here that Reece Dunn did NVL.

Reece, not sure why you thought pulling a gun and aiming it here would have been a sensible thing to do. Just plain silly when there are that many people surrounding you. Much like your last ban i banned you for jumping off that bridge. 

Secondly, this is the second time today i am having to warn a Azteca member about the use of OOC and this is suppose to be a adult community. If you want to use responses like "cry me a river" when someone has a concern with what you have just done. Then we will just start banning for OOC misuse. Which would be a silly thing for us to have to do. Control yourselves.
