What best describes this incident ?: RDM lad shoots us all while not knowing anything and no previous RP.

Please (in detail) describe the incident: session ID 1058 shot loads of people on triads turf while not knowing anything that happened with a person we had killed.

hi mate, im not quite sure the reason of the discord call as this report was made during it. so this is just gonna be a summary of what happened from my pov.

so i decided to jump on my second character who is current lead of new gang named "Alliance" (this gang and triads has a history of back and forth) and i open my phone to a message saying, "triads trying to tax me if i dont reply" this confuses me as me myself am tax free on triads and the "if i dont reply" part made me feel it was a lil bigger then it seems. i ring my friend "helmet" multiple times to no answer, then ring "pete"(triad) to no answer and it makes me feel there hiding something. so i go down to triads and say to an rs3, who at the time i believed to be a triad, "where is pete" "where is my mate" "where is my bruvva" i explain the situation of my text and stuff to where im met with, "he has popped his head" "u need to tell him to comply when he has a gun to his head" one person actually says "ur mate combat logged" lol. so i pull around the corner and let them know in ooc that words like this are prohibited and made nothing of it. i came back around to carry on the rp, i then repeat myself "where is my brother" multiple times to where 1 of the multiple people in red says "hes dead, ur mate is dead, and if u dont fuck off u will be too!" multiple times, i say "oh hes dead? ok" pull out as i feel cornered and drop 3 to 4 people dressed in red, the issi seen in the clip is a woman i believe to be called valencia, i identified her as i drove past her at weasel news, i seen she has red underglow and during the triad war we had kidnapped her several times from there turf, so when i shot at the triads she pulls in fast to where i let off a shot attempting to hit her as i thought she was gonna try shoot me, i then pull around the turf and see the rs3, who i knew to be a triad as we just got out of a war with them, i shoot at him too. in my opinion the rp provided previous to the shooting counters ur claims of rdm but i will just let staff deal with it. 

can i ask does anybody have a clip of the whole scenario, me talking to u guys outside the shop. because my medal doesn't run as it fries my pc.

time of the message to yourself from ''helmet'' 00:26 

I believe he was killed approx. 00:30hrs

the only RP provided was asking for tax at around 00:20hrs to which we has left alone for a few mins while we waited to find a time to pressure him for it. 

I believe the timing of this is very far fetched and its almost like Deano knew something was happening OOC. 

He was stopped by a few of us as seen in the clip and was held at gun point after refusing to pay tax again. he then pulled a knife and slashed one of the triads WHILE AT GUN POINT. 

this action was a violation of rule G2.4. 

(G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.

The male now known as helmet was placed into a boot of a vehicle and disappeared which lead us to believe he has popped his head. 

during this RP he DID NOT go on the PHONE or RADIO. which negates further contact with alliance members. 

a few mins later after that RP was over and Helmet was gone from the scene unknown where he went after being killed. once again negating contact with alliance as no one knew where he was so he couldn't have spoken to them. 

a little while later from MY POV I was in my red BMW X5 just got out and started refuelling my vehicle when out of no where I saw shooting and then I was also shot with NO RP and I now know MULTIPLE people were killed with no RP at all. 

Deano states he spoke to someone and found out his friend was dead. it was not said who killed him and he did NOT speak to a Triad member about this. 

this resulted in him coming to turf and without any RP shooting multiple people I believe 4 people in total with NO RP at all. 

reviewing RDM rules I believe this constitutes as violation of rule G1.2 MASS RDM 

no roleplay was created and multiple people shot and killed for nothing once reviewing the clips provided from triads everyone is very clearly confused to why we were killed as there was NO RP with Deano and he couldn't confirm anything. 

(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.) - Mass RDM is a permanent ban.

further to add onto this he states he doesn't have medal.  therefore has no evidence to back any of his story. 

we have had multiple dealing with rule breaks with alliance including when we were at war but at the time not enough evidence to back up our claims. 

any further info required I will happily assist with. 

 
So, reading ur reply, i just felt u haven't watched any of the clips provided by ur mates, its not that i claim anything, the clip of me saying "where's R kid man" then followed up by, "he's dead hes fuckin dead, u will be in a minute" is just plain previous rp idk how long u been here but its clear that this isnt rdm. although u wasnt apart of this lead up, u are quite literally, guilty by association. 

now onto the part where u claim he didn't contact any alliance members, i provided a screenshot of his message, and although this message doesnt say "im being killed" it backs my curiosity of where is he, cause after i saw this message i rang him multiple times like i already said, and then rang pete and he wouldnt answer either. i felt he was ignoring me, so i went down and just asked why i received this message and where is he. there is many many things u could of said the scouse lad was saying "what are u waffling about" this gives me nothing, if use all said that i would have no reason to do what i did, but instead i was met with, hes already dead. 

im not quite sure what ur getting at about the multiple rulebreaks from alliance, as i see a couple just from these clips, not roleplaying injuries, and quite clearly being in discord calls together. not sure if u really meant that or just trying to paint a bad picture of our group, who have provided great rp whilst being here with some of the bigger groups. 

now im just gonna finish by asking for a 3-5 minute clip from the man in 00C chat who said he had medal of the whole sit, this would be the very first interaction, and the second. this is needed for rdm claims, as alot of the time there is context. 

 
noted, apologies if it wasn't clear I understand the only message that was sent was the one provided. I was simply negating any other contact that could have been used. 

we are aware the only message sent from helmet is the one above. 

even so this is not grounds to shoot up the block when you don't know who if anyone has killed your friend. 

I do not know who has the full clip of the incident as mine are above and posted. 

I am aware you spoke to someone and they sated he is dead and your next or something like that I don't know the exact wording that was used. 

but even so this was NOT a triad member and this does not constitute a full shooting of triads. 

you cant confirm if triads killed him or not. 

if I am correct 

your defence is someone wearing red in the area said this so you decided to just shoot up triads while they were talking and chilling on turf. because you thought it was them but didn't know the full thing. 

also the 'scouse lad' is not a triad we have no scouse people in triads. 

I believe you may be talking about Alex who works in the LTD shop. 

any other defence you have please post below. 

 
it wasn't a triad that said that plus you shot another you didn't know was a triad they were not in red and they were driving in their car not posing any threat. 

we will let the staff take it from here as we are going around in circles,

In response to this, u claimed to have drove past me at weasel news however in the clip you can clearly you see the the car you were in was outside the gas station and I was just coming from pillbox so unless your car has magically zoomed past me and stayed at gas station I don't quite see how its possible that you have identified me. I was also wearing white clothing and have since changed my haircut etc...

Every time you have kidnapped me, I was not a part of triads like I told you there. I was not a hang about at that time as well hence I wasn't robbed or anything by your gang. Only kidnapped and let free. Below is a screen shot of me saying to Pete (triad leader) thanks for making me a hang about.

u was repairing outside weasel news, u lied about ur red underglow in discord. idc for this atm, would rather leave it to staff as bickering will not resolve anything, the discord call has proven that as the report was made during it. 

u was also driving into gunshots with no gun, whilst in discord? anyway i will not be replying.

Do u have any proof ? As I don’t recall repairing outside weasel news. 
 

u never said I had a red underglow in discord. U claimed u identified me by my red pearlescent which I didn’t have. 
 

I was driving to turf with no info on what was happening and then i got shot. Hence im reporting you.

and regarding the discord call it is with no one from triads and we were talking about ooc stuff anyways if ur really that interested.

Alrighty, let's get this report closed off.

First of all, thank you for reporting this @Kyle Racoon& for everyone involved who commented. 

Going to focus on two aspects here, 1. RDM & 2. Metagaming. 

1. Going through all the replies and watching the footage, it seems abundantly clear there is a larger scenario going on that each video isn't able to provide the context needed for me to action upon it. The videos in question, aren't long enough to suit our requirements for RDM reports which makes the claim null & void right out of the gate. We require 3-5 minutes, preferably 5 (And more), especially for situations such as these where there is a storyling ongoing for quite some time already.

2. I investigated the group chat message that @BASIC1alleged he recieved, in which I can confirm that message was sent so there is no foul play here on his part. Metagaming null & void.

Unfortunately, as broken down above I cannot find anything to action upon in this report, primarily due to lack of appropriate evidence so it is being DENIED.
