Reporting on behalf of a gang member as they do not have a forum account.

Ralph spawned in a vehicle and Unisco jumped in it and drove off. I have been told by a mentor that this is against the rules. It then got scrapped at the chop shop.

OK, because u didn't tried to solve it with me so I have to tell you that how did you know my name?
who said that I'm the one who stole your car?
I read all the rules and there is no rule states that u cannot steal cars except in GREEN ZONE and that was not green zone

the only garage in green zone as I told is the one in kavala.[/SIZE]

+ I saw ppl in same area robbing stealing killing each other, so thats why im shocked with your report, as its normal in this area.
