Please (in detail) describe the incident: popped into Kavala to buy some drinks and pain killers.
was only out of my Tempest for a few seconds, and someone drove off in it, 20 mins later, it gets scrapped, i put numerous messages in global chat, and messaged Police and admins in game

Hello @System4200Unfortunately without a name we cannot punish this player for very clearly breaking a rule. Do you have any way of knowing who took your vehicle?

I was speaking to Aiden in TS, he took note live when the message popped up saying that it was scrapped, he had a word with one of the devs, not sure who, but said if i can provide evidence that it was taken illegitimately, you guys should be able to take it from there

Sorry, might have saved you some time if i clarified this in the original claim, it's daft of me to assume that every admin knows about every other admins dealings lol

Ok I have spoken to Aiden and the Dev in question. We do have knowledge of who scrapped your vehicle but the problem is that we don't know if that is the same person who stole it, therefore issuing a ban could very well be in error. For that reason, I am going to deny this report. What I will say though it that I will authorise this for compensation as if a rule was not broken, you would not have lost your vehicle. Please file a compensation request and link this report.
