I was on my way to the drug dealer when my friend messaged me to say that he had been rdm'd by people in a heli copter. The same Heli started to hover above me with no attempt at roleplay and so i pulled over and fire a warning shot NOT DIRECTED AT THE HELICOPTER AS CAN be clearly heard and seen in the video as at 1 hour 18 mins and 30 seconds. i then aimed at the helicopter so as to return fire if they did not take notice of my warning shot, they in the helicopter opened fire on me and so i RETURNED fire after they started shooting at me and didn't take any notice of my warning shot. The evidence if u listen and look carefully at my video attached the time exactly on the video is 1:18:30 i fire a warning shot AWAY from the heli and they open fire on me what am i meant to do they were shooting at me and hovering overhead with no attempt at roleplay. i park my vehcile after they shoot out a tire and then hide. i manage to take out two of them as they look for me and then the last guy takes me out. I did no wrong here the guy is just butthurt he got owned by one man vs 4 in a heli. this is bullying at its best. I was in a vehicle, they in a heli i got out fire once away from the heli in the video and then they shot at me. i have been banned by someone not looking at the evidence clearly and obviously letting this idiot get away with it. i just started playing this server and it aint shit to me to go play another one but i had made some friends and it shouldn't be me that gets banned it should be this guy ukrab for being an idiot and destroying my roleplay expeirence by being a kill on sight asshole . i hope i have made my case for un ban and ban him if not thanks for reading and another bad guy wins again. peace

UKRAB REPORT AGAINST ME FOR RDM IS A LIE AS I HAVE PROVED HE IS ALSO LYING AS HE HAS NEVER YET TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE WITH ME EVER AS CAN BE SEEN IN THE CHAT ON MY STREAM AND I BELIEVE THATS A BANNABLE OFFENCE.

I ALSO 100% THINK THAT HE REPORTED ME AS A REVENGE REPORT AND YOUR SYSTEM IS BEING ABUSED!!

this is a revenge report and also you posting  on his player profile is not how we do things around here. Your toxic attitude is not welcomed here.

In your video you clearly shoot at the helicopter warning shots are tracers in front of the helicopter and what you did was a violation. You broke the rules first, you were banned and all staff decisions are final.
