Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was taking a friend to Pillbox as he fell down the stairs outside the apartments just before storm and upon getting to pillbox someone got into the car I was driving I asked him what he was doing to which he replied "Dickhead shut up" and proceeded to run me over with little to no RP,  He then came back and took my phone and Radio. The videos I feel speak for themselves.

For reports such as RDM, we do require footage which shows 3-5 minutes prior to the reported incident.
Your footage shows roughly 40 seconds before the reported incident, are you able to provide us with a longer clip in the beginning?
