We placed spike strips and we were waiting for a vehicle to arrive, one arrived and I stood in the street waiting and put up my hand telling him to stop. He didn't stop and he ran over the spikes. (the rule shows that spikes aren't initiation) he then got out of the car and he shot me when I was trying to engage in roleplay.

Hey! In this situation, I see how it wasn't really any roleplay, but from my point of view there was one hiding behind the wall, there was one running behind the building behind me and then there was this guy, all with a gun. I am sorry that I felt threatened by the guns and that i didn't think through of valuing my own life before thinking about communicating. After the spike strip, I got the feeling that they were there too hurt me and the fact that there was a guy dead next to them as well didn't help :D Sorry about the inconvenience!

That was our friend that crashed. I understand where you coming from but this still is breaking the rules and we asked you guys to come to teamspeak many times and I know you guys saw it because Uber Driver said no to me over mic in-game instead of using an OOC message ....
