I was going to the wee processor as part of a I-99 sighting. The guys in the car (Matt and somebody else) drove around and eventually VDM'd me. I spoke to him on TS and he said it was a handbreak turn, then he said I ran into him, then he said it was a accident. The story changed so many times. In the video you can hear him say, That's your fault, you ran into the car. Upon getting up, the guy I was going after left, and I was left with one out of the two guys who were there.

I spoke with a staff member about this and I decided to bring it to the forums officially

Posting as I was here. From my perspective "Donald" ran into Mattts car as Mattt done a handbrake turn to pick up Jacques Fury, I wont be online until Monday but if it is really needed I could get a video uploaded showing that Mattt never meant for this to happen.

Also, Donald never tried to resolve this situation with us in teamspeak. Never came to MA lobby or asked us to come to rebel laison room. Just kept pestering Mattt with teamspeak messages when we were in comms.

Also again you have stated "No" about this being the truth. 

To me it feels like you're just trying to get this player banned as you wont listen to him when hes said it was an accident however. You took it to the forums without trying to resolve the situation. You never lost anything, he accidently hit you and spoke to you in game about it. It's not as if he repeatedly VDM'd you causing you not able to RP with said players at weed processing.

If staff would like me to get a video of my perspective of Donald T running into the car ASAP, I could upload and post about 11/12pm tonight or tomorrow same time.

I called mattt  back to pick me up. Mattt said he didn't  mean to VDM you in TS to us. As you were surrounding us we did not have time to talk and drove off. This would not stop you from initiating on us because Mattt was starting up a helo less than 30 seconds after this ^^. This gave you ample time to tell him what you need too. So i dont see why this report was made, mistakes happened. Sometimes just sit and think.. what would you have done?

A: get stopped by the cops because your saying sorry for VDM.

B: Run to you helo and take off.. [ I Got in driver as soon as Mattt got out so we could cover him.

I wish i would have recorded it from my view but i thought such a petty thing would not be brought up in a report as it did not hinder a Initiation  or RP..

Well, I got out and spoke to you after making the mistake of VDM'ing you. The accident changed absolutely nothing in the role-play, and caused no downsides. I feel as if the fact I got out and actually spoke to you, was good, bear in mind I had police surrounding me (probably not really valuing my gear and self to redeem myself in one way or another).

The reason I didn't want to give you the video was because I was enjoying playing the game, and I thought nothing was wrong

I ALSO, feel as if there was no attempt to resolve here, it was you just pointing out a mistake I made.
