I was taking a car at the airport, when a guy showed up. He told me not to point my gun at him. I tried to drive off. He told me then not to get in the car and his friends shot at me taking out my tries and forcing me to stop and finally shooting me. I think he should have clearly stated that this was a robbery or something like that. Not wait till I drove off shouting at me that I should not get in the car as I was allready driving it away. It would have helped to know that he was robbing me before shooting at me.

in the video you can hear me say multiple times, 'Get out the car or you'll be shot'. Of course, I assumed you were wearing earplugs, as the extremely loud car sound, can become irritating and make it more difficult to hear people, like in this situation. I then proceeded to kill you, as you returned to the area, gun drawn, obviously looking around for people to shoot. When in TS, you said you were coming back to mention the fact you could really hear nothing, in which case, you could've holstered you're weapon, and we would've happily role-played, as we agreed the initiation was not incredible. I begun to explain this to you in TeamSpeak, but you spoke over me and of course this made me not want to speak to you as I found this rude, so you moved me out of the room, and now we're here.

like you said, you were just trying to aid me, and I was trying to do the same.

All I could hear was "Do not get in the car, do not get in the car". And as I am driving away "stop" if you listen closely.

You had pently of time to iniate when I was out of the car. But instead you make this vague attempt while I am driving off. Not giving me the chance to defend since you are not making a real threat. Instead of leting me leave because you miss your chance to rob me. At the point you poped my tire and stop me from getting away I am not puting my gun away, since then I can not defend myself. A rational person would not put his gun away when fired on.

Then you came in ts. "I said I want to help you". And I let you speak. You denied that you could have done it better and that it was my fault. But blaming stuff on me because I did not ran over an open field to escape and hoping you would not shoot me in the back? That is rediculous. To blame others instead taking responibilty is a poor way to handle things. I removed you from the channel because the way you acted gave me no chance to settle with you and that is way we are here now.

I am fine with whatever the admins decide, but I can not deal with you in an arguement, because instead of dealing with the situation, you try to blame it on me.

I did make an attempt to re-initiate once you stepped out of the car at arac, but you hopped in the car whilst I was speaking to you.

Also, I am not blaming anything on you, its just if you didn't want to be killed, you should not have returned to the area where you had just been shot at, with your weapon drawn, as you will be allowed to shoot at us, making you a threat in turn, getting you killed. This is what I began to explain in ts, but you removed me before I could finish.

You took away the chance of me esacping, I could have not left the area and survived since you had snipers. (You did not have a gun out)

But that is not the point here, you should have done a proper iniation. I think what you did was unfair and poor rp.

Make it clear if you rob someone so the person can react (give up, run, or fight), nothing vague and then say he had a fair chance and shoot at that person. I tried to tell you that but you say why did you not leave and I tell you I could not have done that.

I could agree the rp could've been better, but I don't believe this was rdm after my gang member shot at you, you came back and was a threat.

There was initiation, he repeated himself 3-4 timed that you would be shot. However matt up your game as in initiation wise this could be improved.
