What best describes this incident ?: exploiting/hacking

Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and PC Lunney escorted a prisoner up to Bolingbrook Prison as you can see (although blurred out) I went through to process of sending him down, then I went on my PNC to amend the sentence I had given him (as I was going to give him a fine but he refused) then I made a report public for a member of Police for a solicitor in that time (51 seconds) Tyrone had managed to escape prison as you can see from the dispatch at the top of the screen behind by Axon details.

I know I can't be 100% certain of this, but 51 seconds seems an amazing short period of time to be able to break out of prison.

Ill have to have a look see if I still have it, I thought the one I put in would be alright as it shows the moment I sent him to prison and the moment the automated missing prisoner dispatch comes through (it’s behind my Axon details) please let me know if you still require the longer video and I’ll hunt it oUt

@Hank SummersI don't see anyone else apart from you and the other officer in the video, if you could make it a bit longer so I can see the person you put in jail.
