Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was Buying a car and and I successfully sold my car and then I went to a another dealer and he told me to give the money i said your going to scam and then he said no. and then i gave him 310k and h esaid you can buy it now and he disappeared. and I want my money back please

No, currently for our FiveM server there is a process regarding scamming and as such I believe that it is an in character criminal act and would be settled as such, as oppose to an out of character rule Violation.
