Please (in detail) describe the incident

We were in an area of the map looking for houses to rob, we found two houses with boxes so went to Kavala Market to purchase bolt cutters. When we returned, we heard Tempests arriving. When we had the area contained, we decided it was time to make ourselves known. Roostoff decided it would be best to try escape so we shot the tires, he attempted to shoot us but we killed him. While we were securing the area, we noticed Roostoff logged off, In all of our opinions (Mine, [TI] Roberto & Head of NHS Lharmon) that the only reason he logged off was to protect his house from getting raided by us. I then alt tabbed, went to teamspeak and was just about to message him when he disconnected from Teamspeak!

If you check the GPS Coordinates you can see that what I am saying is correct.

I am ticking the "Have you attempted to resolve the situation" because I did attempt however, he disconnected.

If you require the video, I can provide it but I have horrible internet so If this is acceptable that would be better for me.

When I was checking teamspeak, I saw that Roostoff was online so I went to the Requesting Help channel and spoke to @Vlad Vagin and asked him whether I should attempt to resolve the situation, he advised me to do so. 

When we spoke, we resolved the situation and I would like to cancel this report if possible. I apologise for wasting your time. @Thesoldier
