Please (in detail) describe the incident
We'd been following 2 tempests after seeing them at the heroin field, we lose them in kavala after a while.
I spot what I think is one of them at the garage and tell the boys to get ready, as you can see the truck deliberately drives into a large group of people to start with. He then drives up the road, turns around, drives back and rams my hummingbird killing 7 people nearby. He came to teamspeak and claimed he didn't have night vision so couldn't see me (even though it was light already). I was hoping he could explain himself but instead said, I'm sorry and left the teamspeak server. I asked him to come back but instead he breaks NLR and comes back, steals a vehicle from the greenzone and starts running over people yet again.
Blatant disregard for the rules, obviously not here for high quality roleplay.
