Mr Wong was selling copper whilst i was over-watching him because of the high robbery rate there. Orange SUV pulls up and guy gets out straight away with rifle, so i start to get my rifle out ready to defend Wong. Wong hears him mumble put your hands up really quietly and starts to do so immediately, at which point he is shot halfway through hands going up without any chance to say anything.
Asked to come on TS, he refused.
--Literally 10 minutes earlier we were helping a new player and he had OOC messaged saying he was shot by a Tsar whilst putting hands up as he was doing copper processing--
