What best describes this incident ?: Fail to fear

Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and 2 friends were at a gang turf selling drugs, and officer saw us doing so and approached us threatening a search. We spoke to him for a minute then my friend attempted to hold him at knife point. My friend pointed the machete straight at the officer and he turned around and ran. He then called for backup whilst running away, to where he then eventually feared after shooting my friend and getting hit with a hammer. After this I then finished him off and units arrived and we had a chase as they caught us me and another person f8 quit which resulted in him getting a warning and me getting banned which I feel was unjust after the police officer did a blatant rule break.

I would like to ask for a clip that is longer and has audio. I do not wish to make any comments unless this is provided and I am requested by Staff.

This also could have easily been solved had you requested to talk to me about the situation.

Hello,

I am the officer that arrested the two suspects in the video.

I would like to add that this person currently has an unban appeal in for combat logging at the scene. He admits this in his Unban Appeal here: https://i.imgur.com/7wr1835.png

I took the male that has made this complaint to one side and asked if he had "head popped". He stated he had. Me assuming this meant game crash not combat log, let him go no further action at the scene. 

Please can this be considered with this report.

Hello @Revoke, Hope you are having a good Sunday 🙂

Thank you for making this player report.

After reviewing the footage you have provided I can see that your friend attempts to hold up @HappyKnife, he is standing on top of the vehicle while @HappyKnifeIs on the ground beside the vehicle, as soon as your friend pulls out the knife @HappyKnife begins to run at which point you pull out your weapon and begin to chase him. Now had your friend been directly beside him when he pulled out the weapon this would have been NVL however in this circumstance its a little different as your friend is on top of the vehicle which would mean he would have to have jumped down to @HappyKnifelevel in order to be an actual threat to his life with that knife and you had no weapon in your hand and weren't in close enough proximity to pose a threat to his life by the time you had even pulled your weapon out.
