There was a roadblock of 2 50.cals and I drove through it, upon driving through, my tyres were initiated upon and in a very short amount of time they already started shooting my tyres and then myself without initiating on me. I called him into TS and he had a rude attitude and left before we could resolve the situation. The initiation wasn't the clearest as it became quiet and his command was already broken before the initiation, "don't drive past the checkpoint" whilst i just passed it.

Hi there, I know this report is not about me however I was apart of roadblock. We were all in TS (myself, Lindlebee, Top Skenger and a few others). We did initiate on your tires, and once we realized that Top Skenger had killed you we did immediately come over (I was the guy in the Ghillie and who called the NHS). We only called the NHS as there was no purpose intention to kill you. So on behalf of USEC I do apologize for this

As we discussed in liaison, my intention was not to kill you but to disable your vehicle. 

As you can see in the video, i see i have disabled a tyre or two and stop shooting for a second to see if you have stopped. You decided to continue driving despite the clear threat of a .50 Cal beltfed machine gun, so i fired a few more to try and finish the job on the suv, unfortunately resulting in your injury due to stray rounds and ricochet.

As mentioned by cyanide, we called medics straight away and apologised before you called me to liason. I apologised however did not agree to comp due to the fact that you continued to drive while being disabled. Making it your choice to be shot.

 
You may have called for the nhs but when they were 500m away someone sprayed a mag in the air forcing them to leave and nobody came and apologised to me when I died.

i just find that in my view, if you are shooting someone’s tyres and you end up killing them, you should comp them as it is RDM because you are killing someone without a threat to their life, just their car.

I didnt like the attitude you gave me in liason which was basically, you didnt directly threaten my life and i ended up dying so you HAVE to comp me. That made me less inclined to comp.

I explained you my point of view and you instantly disagreed. Of course im not going to have to best attitude as in my eyes I've just been rdmed.

Theres not point of us bitching back and forth because it is just going to get out of hand.

 
Alright i give in. I still disagree that i did anything wrong but ill comp you anyway, i see you made a compensation request so it seems you are low on money. Pop me a message whenever you are next on. Names MacDonald in ts and top skenger in game.

@MacDonald you might want to be abit careful when shooting at someone, as in this case it could fall under RDM, and to be frank I am not too content with the amount / quality of roleplay that was provided before opening fire. You cant always win, maybe chase after him instead of lighting him up like a christmas tree? But I wont go too far into this, since you've resolved.
