Please (in detail) describe the incident
Well me and 2 fellow officers were pulling over a Tempest (repair), we used the ANPR and found out he was wanted for 2 counts of murder. He stopped and complied, but when we said we were going to give him a ticket he decided to go Out Of Character and say "I got murdered" and "I will disconnect ". We gave him 3 chances to pay the ticket and when it came to the 3 chance he decided to leave the server.
