Please (in detail) describe the incident

After already being robbed at gun point by Tom. I was driving away from athira. There was the sound of voices but it was too faint to hear or understand. Then I cam under fire. A hatchback chased my down and the driver tom, started to use the vehicle was a weapon. driving in-front of my truck so close that I didn't have time to stop. then repeatedly ramming the side of the truck, and trying to get under the wheels. The video shows the whole event, including the players name when they killed me at the end. I asked tom in to team speak. He and his friend in the bristol room denied the whole event happening in the way it did.

I was trying to pull in front of him to slow him down and on my screen I did not hit him once therefore, I didn't understand how it was VDM as I didn't hit his car for me. And on TS this guy came in and said said you rammed me, then I said on my screen I didn't touch the truck once, he then says that VDM is a stupid rule and that no-one should be banned for it but, he reports me anyway. Finally, from mine and my friends perspective he was going into the back of us and speeding up when we was infront of him.

 
I said I didn't want to have to report you. But you didn't leave me a choice

 
What did you want me to say? "Yes I rammed you" when I never touch your truck once from my perspective. And I didn't lie about what you said... 

 
I have a recording of the whole thing. Literally posted right here. If you have evidence otherwise of that, I'd love to see it.

 
If what was shown in your recording actually happened on my side then I would of blown up. Just leave it to the admins to decide now.
