Were creeping after the black SUV with two people in it, when I noticed that one person was dropped out at motors, so I pulled over and told him to put his hands up and after he got into his vehicle I told him that his tires will be shot if he drives away. I hesitated at shooting the tires because I felt like I didn't put enough effort into the initiation, so I waited for him to get further away and just took 2 or 3 shots at long distance, none of them hitting the car. Not too long after, him and his friend returned and met with Quilin (driven by an ally), nearly rammed it - but manage to avoid that accident only to turn into my SUV. Not sure if he did that on purpose, even though it kind of looked like he swerved into me there and could easily avoid crashing into me as well. After the crash happened, I roleplayed it out a bit and was talking on TS with an ally about robbing them - we decided not to because of the situation and ammount of police around us. I asked the person who crashed into me to repair my vehicle as well and he agreed on that, only to ditch the situation after repairing his car. He came back and backed off side by side with his friend that dropped him off earlier and proceeded to ram me. After ramming me he backed off again and his friend proceeded to ram as well. White SUV then came back from the other side and rammed Roy (ally) to death. He then went away again and after a while came back and nearly rammed a person that was repairing my vehicle, so I decided to tell him to get out of his car and because he obviously didn't, I decided to shoot him. (Poor initiation / RP from my side, but I wanted to stop him from keep ramming and trying to kill us so I could help Roy.) After I shot the guy, I went over to him to try and pass him a note and talk to him, but I got shot by his friend who also attempted to ram at the start of the situation. The guy who shot me also shot a civilian that was repairing my car. After that we exchanged some notes about the situation and I offered him to discuss it on TeamSpeak, but admins were there at the situation already by the time we were exchanging notes. The admins teleported us away and asked us about the situation and offered the guy to have a chat on TS again to which he replied "I can't be bothered".

*Tom's friend named Alfredo Linguini tried to ram us as well, but he failed so not sure if report is valid for him.
**Notice how they switch seats from driver's to passanger's or even eject out of the car to make sure that vehicle does damage.
