We disabled Toms vehicle because he was running people over in Kavala, after bearely speaking he decided to call us some nasty words before disconnecting.

Alright normally we wait 24 hrs before considering a action on a report. 
But due this guy being such Racist, I am happily to ignore the 24 hr. 
Therfore ToM will be banned for rule 1.2. Shouting multiple times the N-word. And for what he called you earlier
