Please (in detail) describe the incident: this person had already been banned for a incident and hes back we had killed him before and he comes back to turf (triad) and without saying anything starts shooting me and kills me

I am struggling to understand what exactly you are reporting here?

Can you please explain these things to me:

• What rule has been broken (with rule number from rules page)
  
• Further proof (if it is RDM then its atleast 3 minutes before the situation)
  
• Proof of who you are reporting (toggle session ID's above heads)
  
• I full description of the situation that you are reporting. Your description is very vague and does not help us. 
  

If you can update with these things we can proceed. Failing that i have no clue whats going on with this report and will have to be rejected.

i can see if ive got 3  mins before that but i wanted him gone for 1 i killed him so he shouldnt remember (poor roleplay) and he killed me without saying anything to me , he just rolled up and shot me (rdm) and i would like, if i can get the stuff i had in my inventory back thankyou - harvey

I am going to refer you to the wiki, this is the current requirements to report someone.

Please take a look through that next time you would like to report someone. You are making all of these claims but only showing me a 50 second video of you being shot. I get that you are in the situation and you know what happened however we have no clue whats going on, for all we know 10 seconds before that you could have tried to shoot him. It is up to you to prove the things you claim. 

This report will be denied based on lack of evidence. 

Compensation will also not be available due to the outcome of the report being rejected.
