I was following a guy with intentions to rob he runs into the greenzone he then steps out and i take my chance, I initiate and then his friend blatantly vdm's me. My friend killed him (he and me knew this was wrong and then we resolved that and he has been issued a warning by stuart. He then comes around the corner gun drawn trying to shoot, i kill him and then they start screaming "this is a greenzone" "rdm rdm" and breaking RP...

This gang TMC or whatever it is are clearly somewhat new but this is just plain unacceptable

Please bare in mind that the video is cut simply because it's two videos not a split i put two together to make 1 as i accidentally stopped recording at one point so i have put two into 1.

You didn't try to resolve anything with me lad, you were not in teamspeak when all this happened cause I looked for you on teamspeak you didn't ask me to get in a certain teamspeakchannel and I was sitting in our ganglobby so you just had to jump in the channel if you wanted to resolve things with me or ask me to join a certain channel... so you can scrap that "yes" and stop lying.

My main issue with you was that you were clearly metagaming cause I even changed cloths and you still kept following me (my name)...

First off: I was in the greenzone when you first initiated on me, I was in the safezone when you told me to stop or you'll shoot, so I point-blank ignored you knowing I was safe and you'd be breaking a rule shooting... then you kept following me around kavala square, you lost me when I ran into the pedestrian roads I changed cloths reported what's happening on our teamspeakchannel and removed the helmet covering my face and head even went to ross clothing shop and ran towards the garage. On the way there you magicaly managed to start following me again (or should I say following my name) since I had a different appearance. I took another deroute got away and then I saw you hanging around the garage from a distance. you noticed me (or the name above my head) talking to this other guy...  you were walking towards us in the riverbedding with your illegal arms in your hands, so I started bolting knowing what you were planning to do.... you initiated on the guy I was talking to and before you even said "or I'll shoot" you capped me as I got behind the corner of a building... = RDM

I respawned in Kavala like 90% of the players do ran straight to the garage got a vehicle our you were talking about NLR breaking (in voicechat aswell as in chat) I think I ignored you cause I "didn't" know you, and hit the road when a minute after I got reports from Sugg C he was being robbed at the garage. there we go... another doubtfull piece of metagaming because since neither of us give you any info about our group / names. And the actual reason I VDM'd was because I considered the garage to be a greenzone (wrongfull thinking, I admit cause apparantly you were just outside the greenzone well hard to tell though) and in a reaction to what I considered multiple rulebreaking actions I ran you over as you can see in the footage. than your "friend" who had nothing to do with it or didn't initiate on me, capped me = another RDM

This all happened within the first 10-20 minutes after a server restart  and before the actual footage... he shows... in other words he cuts every doubtfull action that lead to me choosing to break a rule.

And that's why the admins let me off with a warning cause all you did before this footage wasn't at all clean.

And so did I as I said I plain simply thought the garage was a greenzone (like it used to be a year ago) told the admins I was in the wrong and appoligised for that. On top of that you also gave me good reasoning to VDM if you'd show the footage from the 10-15 mins that allrdy went by... Where you are the one breaking the metagaming rule by following my nametag since I completely changed my appearance in that process and yet when I got back on the mainroad guess who starts following me... yup you again. considering there were many other viable targets that didn't look like a total hobo.

Just upload the 15 mins of footage before that and see how many rules you broke or atleast on the edge of breaking...

For as far as I know when you killed me running away the words "or you'll be shot" were not spoken... therefor I guess you were RDM'ing, proof I'm wrong and I'll appology towards you...

Another thing, explain me how you tried to resolve this issue before reporting? cause you didn't ask me to join your channel on teamspeak, neither did you get into our lobby where I was literally waiting...

Seeing as you definitely cut some video out as you went from 98 to 58 bullets and the killed the guy I think there is way more then the Eye can see.
@Cursed riddle I would give you your last and only warning for this VDM it seemed very intentional and this is something we can't let slip.
@Woody Nob You should know better then to go out and rob People and wait for them to come out of the Greenzone and such. Also you could have tried to resolve but yet you did not. And then saying "this gang TMC or whatever" is really poor attitude in my eyes. If they are new you can help them improve but yet you went straight to the forums.
