I was killed in a gunfight which started off with RDM from their side. Both was it rdm but also was there no "gang initiation" from their initiator.

I would like to post on behalf of jamal,

You guys already filed a report on Lacosta and it was resolved so why start a new one? Also you said in the video tell your friends to put their hands up and you told lacosta to put his hands up or nothing bad will happen. It seems that your picking at the slightest issues but I would like to see what staff would say. You told lacosta to put his hands up which was me and jamal. Then lacosta starts shooting. You guys get shot. So what the problem here? 

 
LaCosta didn't even give damian the chance to finish his initiation before he started rdming and he never initiated with his gang. Jamal chose to ignore me instead of trying to resolve this - Please let staff decide unless Jamal decides to resolve it instead of blanking me.

I don't know why the report on Lacosta is relevant as this is on Jamal only?

You said the reason in ts that you wanted comp was that you didn't know lacosta had friends in the area. But clearly you can hear you guys saying tell you friends to put their hands up. 

Worst case scenario and jamal is in the wrong I will personally comp for him as I will not lose a good gang member.

He broke a rule. You guys did not have a valid initiation since LaCosta rdm'ed. We didn't finish intiating because of the rdm = no valid initiation from your side. End of story. Jamal can still feel free to contact me on ts to resolve this. Now please let him respond himself. 

Also you say that "Worst case scenario you'll comp for him" Member support already agreed that the "initiation" from your side was rdm.

Once a member support replies to this post confirming that it was RDM we will comp 

 
I was the member support (lvl 1 staff) that talked to Farmer Jef and LaCosta. It was indeed RDM and we talked through this in the staff help channel, I told LaCosta how it classified as RDM and he understood/agreed to comp.

I know that Cyber has replied now but, keep in mind, if he would had resolved this with me with a support member then this post wouldn't be here... 

 
@FabioHoeg Can we have an update on what you would like to do with the report? If you would wish to carry on with it or is it being resolved? We will leave it the full 24 hours before changeling the report if you do wish to continue with it.

Issue has been resolved - I would like to add that Stormmy was not speaking on behalf of Jamal. Jamal had no idea that Stormmy was speaking for him.
