I was at the diamond trader just trying to talk with some guys when somebody start yelling at the people inside the building so I ran away. I took cover behind a house and took my gun out of my backpack in case I get initiated. I told my friend on TS that I'm in combat so he can be quiet for me to be able to hear if anyone says anything or if anyone shoots at me. After I took my gun out I holster it but soon after I unholster it to have a better view of what was happening. After I didn't saw anyone I holster my gun again and started to text the police, this is where I got shoot.
I think that this was Poor/Low Quality RP since I wasn't a threat he still didn't said a thing before he shot me.
I talked with them on TS and they said that they told me to put my hands up and they claimed to said "everybody in the are put your hands up" when they said "everybody in the building".

Yeah i was apart of this incident. They did not show themselves and they did it like 3 minutes before restart so nothing more than us losing gear would be achived. 

They ran up in the building noone of us notcied. We were initiated at and litrualy couldnt find them so alot of us died because we walked around trying to see them..

(Me personaly spotted them at last so i did fire upon them after they had killed alot of our people so i was not rdm'd But it was deffently Poor RP)

First of all we never knew server was about to reset but that has nothign to do with the point , u clearley hear us say hands up first one to run is gonna get shot , u start running xd ? What do u expect us to do ? Let u get in an advantage point and then shoot us ? Also u had a gun like u comfirmed yesterday in teamspeak wich mean u could be a treat to us , iff u didnt wanna get involved or get shot u should have just complied and put ur hands up instead of tryign to get into cover , iff u would have gotten the change to shoot us u would have took is , people also fired back at us at that time so it could even be you and then holstering ur weapon thats something we cannot know in fight , but the initation and instructions were clear and u decided to run and go hide wich u died for. Its like when i tell a guy hands up or die and he runs away with no weapon i wouldnt be able to shoot bcs he doesnt have  a weapon yet he doesnt comply to my orders to i just let him run away with the cash/or other things ??

 Okay so after looking at the video and discussing it with some other members off staff we have decided to reject this report for the following reasons.

1. You receive a clear initiation that informs you about what to do, what not to do and the consequences. You still run off get in a position and pull out a firearm. 
2. Someone speaks to you on ts and you reply "I am in a gunfight".
3.  You acknowledge it is a gunfight going on yet decided to stay in close proximity to it with a firearm.
