1st Vid: Basically Tjobin lands in his heli i see this so i run underneath a truck to hide when he runs over to me he says "oi fucking 'Faggot' put your hands up or i will shoot"

2nd Vid: the second video shows how i comply with his demands by dropping the gun but when i drop it i pull out my Rangefinders because thats what Arma 3 does automatically.

3rd Vid: the third video shows how we are talking in teamspeak cause i asked him to come into ts because of him killing i will say how he said sorry for shooting me and offered comp but i was quite concerned about what he said i questioned him if he did say it and he said that he didnt know i said ok then ill check my recording but as my mate was still in game and was not aware of the situation about ts he ran downstairs and told Tjobin to put his hands up, tjobin refused and killed LittleH im sure he has his side of the footage if has not already deleted it due to the amount of evidence i have but when this happened Tjobin repeated "Faggot" again whilst we were talking about him saying that and how it is not allowed whatsoever. I felt i did no longer want to speak to him for using those words and i kicked him from the channel.

Hello Neon,

As I told you multiple times and I will say it again, my appologies for my language. I did not think about that it is a discriminative word because in Holland it is not seen as offensive. This will never happen again, I am very sorry for using it and I will keep the offensive words out of your vocabulary whilst playing on this server, both in-game and on Teamspeak. 

About the RDM situation, I saw a gun dissapear and I saw you making an animation whilst you grabbed something out of your pocket, I got scared and saw something in your hand so I shot you. I immediately went on Teamspeak to solve this situation and give you your deserved compensation, but then the situation escalated. I am still willing to compensate you.

And you said that your friend was not aware of the situation: you were with him on Teamspeak and even said: "I just dropped the gun and he shot me" to him, so actually he was aware of the situation.

Incorrect. When we were both talking it was only you and i that were in the lobby channel. After LittleH was killed he then joined the Lobby but previous to that when he was killed i had left our private channel in order to speak to you as i did not want to cause an inconvenience for him as he was still alive and i was not.

So.. This has been resolved and compensated? I do not like the extreme hostile attitude, but then again, it is a robbery, so harsh words will be uttered. If I may refer to@DainMKI am gonna agree with the fact the word ''Faggot'' was not meant as a homophobic insult. It is being used as a ''regular'' insult and as I understood from Dain, should not be considered a word meant to insult someone's being gay. Then again, I am VERY unhappy with the way that you spoke to someone on teamspeak @Max.and regardless of the fact if it is or isn't a homophobic insult, it is the sort of attitude I do not wish to see or hear out of gameplay. We are all people who are here to play a game and have fun, there is no need at all to go around insulting people when it is not part of your gameplay.

Also, you have explained why you killed him and I am statisfied with the explanation of you trying to resolve that. However, for future reference, do NOT do this again. Learn your ArmA physics and you will know that if he has a binocs or rangefinders, this will ALWAYS happen. Same as with getting out of a car when your gun is not in your backpack. Give people a chance, try and stay in cover so that IF they want to do something with whatever they pull out of their pants (I mean, a binocs hitting your head will hurt =P), you have the upper hand. Also note this in the back of your head: If he would have got a pistol out and shot you with it, that would be failrp or RDM from his side, since rule 5.1 clearly says ''Killing needs to be carried out with high quality RP''. So, next time: Keep your cool, get a better position and don't just shoot the guy.

And no more of these insults in teamspeak.

I am awaiting confirmation from both sides that you have talked this out and apologies have been made. (Yes, I am going to be your mother figure forcing you to apologise in person, if I have to). After said confirmation this report will be closed. If this is not properly talked out, further action may be taken for very rude attitude in teamspeak.

I would love to speak to @Neonto appologise in person. My attitude was wrong and I want him to know that I actually care about this situation and I want to resolve it so we both can speak to eachother in a normal way. I will contact him ASAP on Teamspeak and if I can't find him there I'll shoot a PM.

As I said in my first post, these words will no longer be in my vocabulaire whilst on this server.

Also the RDM situation will not happen again. I was shocked and reacted to fast to all slight movements. I will watch my play from now on.

@Drew i spoke to tjobin and as soon as he joined he was very apologetic i spoke to him and we got a bit of a chat going so ye were all chill.
