Whent to blackmarket to re-gear and we saw a helicopter about to land so we decided we would rob him, he then proceeded to land on a house near the blackmarket and began shooting at us.

We had not had any other previous contact with this guy before he started shooting at us without initiation, as you can see in the video he was roleplaying and saying something about a contract out on us witch is great that the guy actually wanted to roleplay but i think he fails too understand that initiation still needs to be made regardless of a supposed contract or not.

I didnt want to bring this to the forums as the guy was actually roleplaying but we tried to contact him in OOC for a chat about what happened and we explained in OOC that this was RDM and he continued to say it was not.

I am still willing to talk to the guy in teamspeak if he responds here but his attitude in OOC and his unwillingness to resolve has forced my hand and ive had to bring it to the forums.

Hi @TCK John Dillinger, 

Timon still has a few hours to respond before we can proceed with this report but in the mean time, do you happen to have the video showing before he actually started shooting at you? This is to be sure that there was no form of initiation before he landed on the roof. 

If you do please provide it. The video doesn't have to show all that you have shown in your current video, maybe just a few minutes before he landed and then when he starts shooting, cut the video off.

Unfortunately, with lack of evidence to prove that there was no previous initiation, I am unable to action the ban.

I will be however, placing a note on the person for future reference. Please do not remove the video.
