i logged in as i heard people calling for my help, so i drove up to the scene, i never participated in a gunfight.
i was driving around looking for the people that needed my help, when i saw an tempest parked up. i wanted to check it out, but before i even jumped out of the car i get shot by this guy.. without an warning at all !

i asked them to come o ts, but they had all kind of excuses for it.

First of all I always have side chat turned off so I never seen the message, if you had messaged me in TS I would of spoken to you.

Also you were hovering around a truck that we had engaged on and had killed someone at, in a remote area and you were circling it. Can't really say you're not involved when you're just driving around it in a field. You also got out of the car with a weapon, a pistol yes but at 500m away with an MRCO its hard to tell if it was a rifle or side-arm. I had also been told that you had been initiated on so I took the shot and killed you.

You can't report someone for RDM when your video doesn't have any in-game sounds... You also state in the video "No, it stands still, one of you just got shot there".
