I was told by an SPC to take these lads to the station and on the way they somehow kicked out the window and jumped out the car. I didn't have the keys to the car so they took it to their advantage and from my pov i saw it as exploiting. In a real situation, you wouldn't be able to kick out the windows in a police car and get out of them while handcuffs, its almost impossible.

Sorry to post here but this is ridiculous.... how did it even effect you when they jumped out the car? you still got them to the station just fine and they even tried to RP it....This is the stuff im talking about members just want other members banned, its not a competition to get each other banned... Sort it out...

We were in a big gunfight with alot of rebels. Them getting out the car slows me down and makes me massively vulnerable to armed men. I only have a taser.

But nothing came of it and all ended fine... doesn't matter im not involved just doesn't seem serious at all to me.

Thats irrelevant that nothing came of it, they could easily do this in the future and take advantage of it. I saw it as exploiting. We will let a admin decide.

Defending myself with the evidence provided from you as you can clearly hear me roleplaying the fact that the car was unlocked and you never had keys you can of course from your point of view state it was exploiting but i found a way to roleplay this of course knowing we could not run of because we was in restraints and of course "restraints dont just fall off" but i thought i could make this into a roleplay situation evidently not.

Im glad your sound recorded because when my RAPTR devices updated it changes my settings and turns my mic off. In light of this i think your video gives me enough evidence on my part to show roleplay was done and not just "glitching or exploiting" as you state.

However i do like that you cut off the part of your video that shows when you pulled me out of the car that i was out of restraints and i COULD of easily ran off but i stayed there i could not put my hands up due to being bugged and i let you restrain me again.

If you would have run off that would have been exploiting, the cuffs were bugged, thats why u didn't run buddy.

Your version of exploiting is totally different to mine fair enough if i would have just ejected straight out with not a word said then yes i would put my hands up to me exploiting but you can clearly hear me roleplaying it in vehicle chat with another 2 of my members.

Not so long ago i was told of an RP situation where the police had someone cuffed in the back he managed to break free and choke the driver making him crash and then he escaped out of the car, that was great roleplay from both sides but you did not want to roleplay with me at all being a CSO i can see you just wanted to get in the good books and send everyone to prison quicktime.

I didn't roleplay with you because you guys were saying you wanted food off me, i got food and you said it was contaminated and being in general abusive. You were also whistling as im a dog and listening to your commands. I couldn't be bothered with your abuse so i sent you on your way. If you want to roleplay you need to stop swearing and being abusive and im more than happy to rp! I attempted to rp but was just insulted, so i carried on with my job.

Its an unlocked civilian car. I believe it to be fine. I don't want to see this being abused though. Had they done this all the time on the way to the station, that would not have been okay. But one time, roleplayed.. Is in my book fine.
