I've sadly discovered that what people have been telling me for quite some time was true and that is that thesoldier has sadly been actively out to get me banned & has been trying to make sure I stayed banned everytime I got banned, and I heavily believe that is a problem. Because as you say yourselves, Administrators are supposed to be fair and supposed to stay professional at all times and are expected to hold their temper down and not flip & do dodgy shit due to their own believes.

What I am reporting him for is the breach of the following rules:

(1.1) Bullying is punished by a permanent ban without appeal.
(1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban.

Now, I do know that nothing is going to come out of this. But I am bringing this up in hopes of him in the future improving his attitude.

And as a final note for Thesoldier,

Listen up here friend, I may brag but I have never been arrested friend.
Because I have no "Illegal Narcotics" laying around & I haven't been profitting on it.
So how about you jump down from the high horse friend and start showing a better attitude towards other people than the "I am a big man & in the Police Force so I know better than you"'

I understand that mate, and that is fair enough, because I was out of line and it was something bannable.

But I still don't believe that excuses those comments he made, as I did take quite some offense to those especially because some of it is false.

I wont deny it, I said it in a private channel.

After 7 years of fighting drugs on the streets in real life dealing with drug and or alcohol related violence, murder, children left parent less and families destroyed. I've always had the philosophy that I believe drugs are bad. That's just my personal opinion, however it's a video game but it's never been about virtual drugs, and I know the difference between real life narcotic activity, and a video game.  I understand people do weed, cocaine, crack, pills, etc... However my opinion of you, due to your activities lessened when you were sharing photographs of real life illegal activity dealing as a joke for Philip J Fry. I've also heard from many people about how you deal drugs, and even have been arrested for illegal activity. Not to mention when you were banned for VDM new years 2016 and your excuse was "I'm sorry I was high that night" Difference between people being quiet about it, or occasionally to those flaunting every chance they can.

Also the past year dealing with people being angry for being banned, having unbans denied, and people angry at the fact over a video game, so I guess my opinions of certain people due to their activites are quite low of some people after seeing all the things that I've seen in this community. As far as bullying you, as a person I do not think highly of your activites, especially dealing with what I've dealt in real life. If you choose to do drugs that's one thing, but you always flaunted it and people always flaunted about the fact that "Vlatima is always high."

As far as a person, I don't know you personally or "intended" to bully you, but from your activities that I've seen, and heard, I do not approve.

If management or staff believe I violated a rule, I will accept whatever punishment is deemed necessary. However I will say in my year I've never been the type to be a snake and encourage people to break rules, in fact this is my first report against me. Being here a year, I can say I've probably devoted over 50 hours a week to forum and in-game administrative work for this community. People message me on teamspeak for help when I can play and I've tried my best to make people here happy. As far as being two faced, I've always expressed opinion about people who've done things against this community. To me when you go against the community by going beyond breaking rules (DDOS/, at that point I believe you've forsaken any loyalty to this community and its membership. That's my opinion, however I will say one thing.

To Vlatima the person I apologize, and if you are addicted to any narcotics, I hope you beat those addictions. To Vlatima the who convinced a player to willingly break RDM rules I hope you get taken over by the real Vlatima and go away because you made him choose a poor action.

@ThesoldierI can see your point, but people use various substances for various reasons, the harder substances I understand, crack, coke, meth, herion etc ruins lives but I only smoke, im not harming anyone by doing it, as well as what I do IRL is up to me, not you, Im not angry  but I do think that if we are accountable for our actions then so should you, if a normal member of the community was reported doing this they would be banned the fact that you are staff team should not reflect on the outcome of the report. 

@Vladic KaI am/have left peacefully, I wouldn't be posting this is it had not been said, everyone should be accountable for their actions regardless of position and yes those claims are false and yes I did act like a twat, now I'm being punished for it, I may have 0 credibility but people need to know of what happens behind closed doors, also the fact that a post was removed from this post is questionable in its own right, regardless of who they are, opinions are part of the freedom of speech act, if you censor that information then whats the difference between you and a dictatorship?

Its not up to me, but dealing with I deal with in real life, I had an opinion of it. I also had a opinion based on what I saw as a staff member and various other things. As far as bullying, I've never been out to ban you (apart from the New Year's Eve incident when we had to take action), but I have heard and seen somethings (Including evidence of real life illegal activity that you shared with various academy members.)

Plus the fact the reason for your ban disgusted me, especially someone who got very high in the ranks of the academy.

As a person I do not bear any ill will against you as a person, but I bear ill will against your actions in game for the reason for your ban and for that is what I expressed my opinion. To me theres a difference between expressing opinions about facts against someone who has been community banned over as an example calling someone a "cunt" because I don't like them who still plays here.

@Thesoldierof course you'd have an opinion of it, most do, your opinion is based on your experiences as is everyone's but someones experiences should not determine the type of person someone is based on what they do, plus its a plant, it has more medical properties than most pharmaceutical's currently available to the market and not to mention the use if hemp along... but we are not here for that. Yer the reason for my ban was disgusting and I fully take the punishment for that (even tho the community ban is a tad OTT but whatever) but that still doesnt change the fact that you have been speaking about people in this way, and just to be clear I have no issue with you, im not out to get you but if someones talks shit about me that isnt true they should be held accountable for it again regardless of position and yer I showed people pictures of my grow, they where interested in it, we "stoners" are a proud people, if you find offence in the images that where sent then thats on you, you can express your opinion about that but unforgettably not all of us are graced with that ability due to the "way" peoples opinions are dealt with here.

Yes choices where made but mine are more civil than "mass RDM" on my part, this is what I mean! "hiding posts" its still cencor ship, they may be community banned but doesnt the community deserve to know? seeing as they are the whole reason this exsists? some of the posts may be "drama" but they speak the truth and yes management will have to decide as they control the circus, again people like pictures of this "nature" some dont, its legal in places its illegal in others but again we are not here for that.

Also, you added a part to your first message " who convinced a player to willingly break RDM ", to this I must inform you that he was already doing it as I revived him while I was on as a medic and got this reply "The admins on this are shit" before being shot, Which is how I ended up in that Teamspeak room in the first place. So please refrain from saying that I lured a guy into RDMing, he was already doing it when I got there. If you don't believe this check the logs.

Okay, lets get some facts sorted here.

1. Revenge report, go cry somewhere else, honestly, you've got banned, just go, why are you still here, you're trying to cause pain for others to hide your own pain, because hate shows you care...

2. Onto the report, to be honest, even though it was done out of spite, it has lifted a lid on a few things, and a talk will be had between management and Soldier in the near future, until then, we'll be playing it innocent until proven guilty, so he can carry on with his work and ways until we've worked out a decision...

In regards to "hiding posts" the only post in this thread hidden is from Jamz, who has nothing to do with this report or this community any longer.... (infact, if you wanna be his best friend, tell him there's a whole world outside of RPUK too....)

Firstly I dont know why we are even starting to waste our time on this... People who have gone on a little spree of killing people have no right and no ground to report anyone else.

TheSolider will be spoke to internally, Yes he can get a little passionate sometimes just like myself and other members, Feedback will be given but I take it as a pinch of salt considering what you and your so called friends have been upto.

Stop making accounts, I have all the time in the world to keep blocking them and your IP's I suggest you and your friends try to grow up, It is hard! but its worth it unlike this.
