Me and my friend were at the kavala garage on server 1 and the person in question was threatening my friend for a while but not on video came upto us in GZ (Rule 6.2) and had his weapon out which is against the rules, i tried to go to the police for help but they were busy.

If you do not come up with sufficient explanation for this, I am of a mind to issue a ban to you for disruptive behaviour:

There is NO reason at all to report this, his gang is on teamspeak and can be approached to discuss the matter. This to me looks like you are trying to find reasons to report someone and get them in trouble and that sir, I will not stand for.

Also, I have been informed that there is evidence of you breaking several server rules.

- VDM

- Combatstoring

- Retreating into a Greenzone

Nope, did not receive any form of communication via (OOC) or Teamspeak, I was on the TS server for at least 2 hours after this incident.

May I note, i followed this individual from the Cocoa fields after he initially attempted kill me with no prior initiation (unfortunately I do not have evidence of this, but one of my gang members does and I will upload it ASAP). Then, after he was initiated on at the Cocaine Processor, he then proceeded to retreat to the GZ in Kavala, VDM me (which I do have evidence of), and then combat store his vehicle. This is when I approached you at the Garage, and initially had my weapon holstered (see screenshot for quick evidence, video can be uploaded if needed), where you admitted to ramming us because you thought "were going to try and get revenge".. You then proceeded to block the Garage spawn with your SUV so we couldn't retrieve a vehicle because you knew we were going to follow you.

So the rules you broke are as follows 

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play

(2.6) Combat storing, such as storing a vehicle whilst you are being chased or to prevent roleplay will result in a permanent ban.

(2.7) Trolling (blocking the spawn)

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM)

(6.5) If you are in active combat you are unable to run into the green zone to avoid being killed/robbed (Punishment is a ban)

Now, usually I'm not a cocky prick, but are you sure you want to report me for having a weapon unholstered in a Greenzone?

I didn't watch the video until now, but now at least we're all aware asking someone if they're scared is a threat, and therefore a valid form of initiation! ?

Hi i am not trying to be disruptive in any way. I thought i was doing the right thing in reporting a player who broke a rule cause i started recording myself as i was being killed alot so i put the video up in honesty and going onto what TheGreatKhan was saying i do remember someone from the cocaine proccessor and they followed me for a little while then stopped and i thought you stopped following me so i went to kavala, i parked my truck there and went to the garage where i saw you come out of a purple vehicle and came over to me and a friend and stood there with your gun unholstered as shown in the video, i then turned around wondering if the medics came to help another friend who forgot to eat some food and died in his truck, i turned back and faced you and said "can you put ur gun away mate" in direct chat you then turned away went into your car and drove off so i went to my truck and then it was impounded by a police officer for parking by the mayors office which he said was illegal. After about ten minutes talking to the police officer about my friend who died in his truck who had parked in the same area as me, i came to find you and saw you lying on the ground and looked like you were dead. Yes i do apologise for not making a better effort to speak to you greatkhan i just thought after saying that phrase to you i thought that was that. And i would like to add that i did not own a gun during all day yesterday.

@Dewi206, I'm very much willing to resolve this in TS, the evidence supports my claims of Silver VDM'ing me has been uploaded, but, if you join TS, and speak with myself and a member of staff about the incident, and what rules were broken by yourself and silver, then I'm happy for this to end here.

Dewi, Khan and I sat down in a room and talked it out. No report will be made against Dewi however Khan will still be trying to resolve the situation with another person that was involved in the VDM/RDM also. A report may be opened if that does not get resolved.
