This guy waas screaming racial slurrs (N word) and spamming side chat for 30 mins plu. He was trying to talk to PC Rick in side, obviosuly rick is cops so cannot see. On multiple occasions he screams retard and swear words. He never gets off chat. I have like 30 mins of footage but will only shows 1 outburst. Also a couple screenshots. WhoIsDan kicked him from game once due to his side chat spam. HE came back...
