Please (in detail) describe the incident
So me, Prob.PC Marius and PCSO Jack Santo went after this off road because he failed to stop and also the registered owner of the vihicle was wanted for robbery. After exiting Athira they flipped the vehicle and we exit ours and try to give a chance to the persons that were in the vehicle to place their hands above their head and surrender, although one of them started shooting against us injuring Marius and then after i shoot back at them and putting them both in hand cuffs he decides to disconnect from the server. He explained by saying that that was initiation by us going towards him with guns and telling him to place his hands up and also the combat log he said that the server was lagging for him so he did that because he though it was unfair that he got hand cuffed. He looked pretty new to the server (at least for me) beacause he didnt really knew the rules, so i gave him a chance to talk with me in teamspeak and sort it out. I was basicly trying to get him in the right path to follow (reading the rules and sticking to them) altough what made me report was hes final reaction to the hole situation wich was pretty bad in my eyes.
