So I just logged into the game and spawned in Athira and I heard gunshots as I was running towards the garage, then I saw this guy shooting another guy with no weapon or no bag nothing at all. Then he proceeded to shoot me without any warning or RP. His name is The Jhonny, you can find his profile here. This continued for a while, I also got shot from my back in the garage by Phil and you can find his profile here. They're on the same gang and the Isaac guy in their gang was also saying that "he'd do the same if he had a gun but unfortunately he doesn't have" though I don't have a screenshot of that unfortunately. You can see everything on the video below.
