This is less of a report and more of a concern that I wanted to bring up. I am sure It does not take anyone to notice how the clan NF have been constantly breaking the RDM rule. Over the time I have been playing on this server I have seen and filed loads of report against this clan as well as seeing their clan members break several rules for example VDM, Breaking RP etc, and then excusing their actions by reviving even if this helps it is still a massive inconvenience due to the clans own ignorance and lack of communication. This has happened to me before It happened to me yesterday and it has happened to my gang members and it's happened to other people who play this game. I know not all situations regarding this clan are the same but if possible I would like to see if an admin or someone could speak with their leader to avoid rule breaks in the future. I do not know if this is the correct place to post such appeals, so please forgive me if this is the incorrect place to post this.

The Majority of these are fairly recent but I believe that the amount of report actually filed shows that the clan do have tendencies to break the rules even if some reports were denied.

Do you have any actual evidence of a certain situation, instead of linking a load of other reports as evidence?

 
I do have some evidence from the events yesterday which resulted in all of us dying. However it was from the incorrect perspective. There is however audio and also evidence when the shots were fired. It is six minutes long, there is also evidence already uploaded in all of the posts reports.

As per normal report a player guidelines you have to have evidence to backup your claims, otherwise we would have hundreds of reports that we have to deal with without actual base for the claims.

Please provide adequate evidence of rule breaks, without using past reports to do so.

Dont take it to hard but I think this is kinda funny cuz yea we brake some rules sometimes but its normal cuz there is no perfect people on the server. And every time we brake a rule we comp or we wait admins opinion. Every time admin sayes that it wasnt our foult and we get reported we just wait. + Half off your "Proff" From other reports...... Is declined cuz its wrong proff or just a total "Bullshit". Keep it in mind we are new gang im pretty sure its our first month on the server we try our best to learn all the rules but you can never remember all of them. If admins want to have chat with our gang Im ok I would even like to have chat  with admins hear their opinion about us and our gang....

Well, I don't need to say anything considering if you were not in the wrong. why would you then revive us and comp us. I have further evidence of this further down the line. @Hingsy your friend did not say it was a robbery remotely. Leading up to 10 seconds all he said was 'Put your hands up we have friends in the area' over and over again which as I am sure you can agree was shit initiation considering we had no idea where he was. Also the almost a minute part was also bullshit. it was 20 seconds. from when you started telling us to put our hands up before the first shot was fired. Even so, this I would not even consider an initiation if you can prove to us that your friend did say it was a robbery by providing us with YOUR evidence of comms then I will be inclined to believe you.

In your video its really hard to understand something cuz comms but oh well in my opinion everything was alright. You just didnt reacted and didnt do something he sayed that you gona get shoot but you chose to just run around and literaly wait to get shot

 
First of all, comping someone is NOT an excuse or justification for breaking the rules. It is essentially bribery and as I have said before and in other reports. Its fine if you do it once and there was a misunderstanding and you comp someone but not fine if your clan breaks the rules several times in the space of two weeks. It is said in the clan rules that your leader must make sure that all gang members are complaint with the rules and this is not the case.

I can see this report filling up with a lot shit very quickly. As staff, we don't want to deal with backwards and forwards, especially having to read loads of comments on a  report from a lot of people.

So, upload all of the evidence that is NEW and not from other/past reports and we can deal with it then. Linking other reports, is basically telling us stuff that we already know.

Only comment if you have something factual to say (the gang in question and the reporter) and preferably if you can back it up with evidence, otherwise i'll have to lock the post.

Like I sayed there is no perfect people and im pretty sure solving and comping is a great thing..... You say sorry talk about situation but oh well.... Every person has their own opinion

 
Well, after reading through everything provided to us. It's best coming to a decision that the entirety of the [NF] Gang will be spoken to later today about their roleplay as from what we have witnessed recently it's simply not up to par' with our community's standards.

@JustIan12 as for the latest evidence you've provided i'm suggesting that you fill out a fresh report on the incident only including those directly involved.

As for @Hingsy and @Ignas please message me through the forums providing a time when most of your gang is available to talk on the roleplay.co.uk teamspeak so we can have a talk about the quality of roleplay within the gang.
