Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and my mate pull up to a shop and a lost mc tells us to fuck off, my mate puts his finger up and the mc produces a pistol. Under FearRP we leave, we go to the police up at leigon parking and get told to go away,
shortly after the entire gang chases us robs and kills us

In Game Name: Owen Readshaw

So in this clip you can see the whole of the balla gang chasing these two people because there was previous scenario when the ballas and the lost were been shot up by two people in car what then turned into a cat and mouse chase all over the city for these two guys. Shortly after we hear from the radio that they have found the two guys and as you can see he has loads of ballas and lost chasing him until we then catch him at the top of the car park. They are then immediately told to get out of the car in what case we then  heard shots being fired so me and Bruce then start shooting and killing the two in the car. We thought when shots were fired that they had been shooting at our guys as again in previous scenario not long before this we had been shot at and teased by these two people. So in our eyes this isnt RDM and has alot of context on why we killed these two people the way we did.  Also when the guy approaches the police to grass on the lost and ballas we had a guy on a 3 wheeled bike who is a member of the ballas then also called out on the radio they are going to the police to call out a gun has been pulled so therefore he radios that through so then all ballas awake go on to chase the guys down and again kill them

@RJBlairIt does look to me like there was previous interaction. However, even if there was not, I can not just go around and slap the whole gang either. I will need the name/session number of the person shooting you. 

@Readshaw95do you happen to have footage of the situation you have explained?

i do not have footage as my bodycam is a little broke atm but i can ask around as see if they have any clips of this.

Considering the fact that none of you got back to me with the requested information and also because the evidence seems to not show the whole context of the situation, this report will be denied. 

Either way, I would like to mention that gangs are held to a very high standard when it comes to RP, please keep that in mind at all times.
Furthermore, context is very important for us to judge on a situation. Should someone decide to keep information behind closed doors, to get someone in trouble, consequences will be handed out.
