At the garage in Agios (which is a green zone), two men ran up to me and tried to rob me. I told them to look where we are, and they just walked away and got into a fight with another group. A couple minutes later, Sean came back and asked if I had a first aid kit for Th3Mu. I said I had one, but wasn't going to give it to them because they tried to rob me. After that, I was killed by Th3Mu while I was still in the green zone. I would have passed them a note about being in the green zone, and how you can't rob people in it, but they started counting down, so I just said it straight out.

okey ive watched the video multiple times. And also went ingame to check a couple details. 
So first they came to rob you in the GZ. even when you asked them do you know were we are, they did not realize. 
And proceed trying to kill you. i can see on how they act they have no clue why their gun was not working. 
Then leave you since they hear shots. i dont know if they shot first or recieve shots first. then 1 of the robbers come back 
And then you show us his identity, But due the clothing and his voice we can recognize him as one of the robbers who try to rob you in GZ. 
Then at the point you got shot, You were just outside the GZ, this is tested by myself. But that does not take away the fact you got randomly shot. 
So the rules that have been broken by these 2 guys are: 

 (6.1.1) You must not attempt to kill anyone in a green zone.  

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).
