Which server did the incident take place on: GTA RP

Date of the incident: 08/23/22

Time of the incident (GMT) 24hr Format: 1150

What best describes this incident ?: Breach of NLR

Please (in detail) describe the incident: Earlier on Tess was killed and was forced to respawn for things that she did to Grove. After her gang robbed and zip tied me, she positively identified me by name. This is a breach of the NLR as she should not be able to remember me.  I have added footage of when she was killed at approx 17:30 today, your logs should show that she respawned

Just to add that she left Grove today and was killed to make her forget any relations with gang.

You were not identified nor are Azteca's after you due to what happened to Tess, as you know Tess respawned therefore to my characters knowledge herself and Grove have no 'beef'. So if you could all refrain from mentioning it every time I see you I would appreciate it as my death should have been the end of the issue between Tess and Grove Street so you yourselves are breaching NLR by bringing this up all the time and trying to force more RP to something which is already concluded.

As you well know by now that Grove shot and injured our lead Jack Mackenzie and then took him to hospital believing this would resolve the issue of shooting him as 'collateral damage' which it has not. So now we are clear that this ongoing beef is not a result of a breach of NLR or Tess and Grove 'beef' I will move on to identifying yourself as Tommo. 

The NLR rules itself cancels Tess Jones and Grove Street relationship it does not make her forget peoples names as I have read and reread this rule multiple times and it does not state that I must forget any of your names or who you are in relation to your gang status or every gang member previous or current's identity, just our gang relationship and the issue which led to Tess being killed. Just to clarify that you were kidnapped, robbed and killed before I was there or knew who you were so just to make it clear that nothing happened to you as a result of myself saying your first name after the incident although as I've stated I don't believe remembering someone's name is a breach of any NLR rule. 

I would have appreciated the opportunity to explain and resolve this in TS and I am saddened that a bit of RP seems to have annoyed you enough OOC for you to bring it here to the forums as i have tried my best to never be here but we will leave it to staff.

Just to add I do not want to see anyone get banned from the server who wants to be here!  Just don’t want to talk to her as she has just spoke to me like pure shit all day ooc.  As you’ve seen!

 
Okay going to jump into this, from what I can see here Bruno Clark had killed Tess and she then respawned. This means she'd forget about the moments that led to that death I.E. Bruno killing her etc. By the NLR rule, she would forget about that situation but still remember "

  • Your character does not remember any of the previous roleplay situation. 
  • Any feud your character had with their killer(s) is ended. "

I feel here that you're more trying to nit pick things and rule play. The fact that you're not willing to solve after Tess was evidently frustrated about the report doesn't sit well either. 

I understand this is a difficult situation due to Tess moving away from Grove etc but please try to keep high quality RP as when you dropped to the floor you began talking normally and not acting injured...
