I was on patrol with two other officers and as i was approaching them i heard that someone got in there drivers seat and drove off with PC joe blogs still in it and he began asking for his guns and that but we pursued them and he eventually crashed and we were stopped him he tried to run off and we rubbered him then restrained him and as we tried to put him in the car to got to prison he kept getting out (i have no evidence of this) but when we got to the PD we were talking to him and he started typing in chat very weird and offensive things and im unsure if he said it in voice as i was talking to someone else.
