I was shot and landed on the floor. About 10 seconds later I was run over. Obviously this was poor roleplay aswell as vdm as there was no mention of execution or anything like that. All I am wanting is compensation as I had only recently aquired my stuff.

Mate I was in the broken building, I killed you by shooting you with a rook pistol after Krabstik shot you, for aiming a gun at him after he had warned you to put the gun down. Also, I received no message from you on TS even though i've been on since the incident occurred to resolve it.

The video does quite clearly show that I am run over and killed as a result of that

 
In the video you can clearly hear the shots, as well as not being able to actually kill you from VDM. 

 
Well it is possible. All I wanted was some comp cause i lost about 50k. I tried finding you in game and it said lots of member of TCK were leaving. Obviously your gang is also neutral with ours so holding us up was not called for. 

 
You may want comp, but i'm not giving you any seen as I didn't break any rules, unless staff tell me too. Equally just because we are 'neutral' doesn't mean we are unable to rob you etc. Plus it is completely irrelevant for this report. As for you not finding me in game or on TS I don't believe you due to there were only around 5-6 of us online at the time.

 
Well one of our members did ask to speak to your gang leader in game but no one replied to him. I wont take it any further if your cool with it but i was a bit pissed off cause from the point that i was told to put the gun away, it was about 1 second later which I was shot, which wasn't enough time for me to put the gun away. 

 
Well I personally don't recall the messages but either way, from what you're saying I don't actually agree with the fact that you were given '1 second'. From our POV (both on hill and inside the broken building) Krabstik did hotmic and told you MULTIPLE times to lower the weapon, to the point where you had actually began to take a position, i'd appreciate if you could upload a longer video, but, even if this were true you're reporting me, for apparently VDMing you, and not the original initiation / first time you were shot.

 
This video is not long enough to show any RDM. It started a second before you get shot which doesn't show the time leading up to you being downed.

You were not VDMed, you were shot. This is shown by your own screenshot. It would not say you were killed by him if he ran you over, it would just say that you died... You hear a gunshot and then you die, so no VDM. Therefore, as you were shot dead in an ongoing gunfight, no RDM took place. Please supply a longer video or this will be denied.

@RSF George Harris - As Tom stated; Please supply a longer video otherwise this report will be rejected for Insufficient Evidence.
