Me and Eddylane were attending a gunfight which was inside of Pyrgos town. As we were pulling up we were shot and killed, that's fine. Whilst waiting to respawn I saw in side chat that [TCK]ThatScottishGuy had been killed. Seconds after this he then disconnected.  He was contacted on TeamSpeak By Eddylane. He said a bunch of things which will be listed below but multiple times he had closed the chat and/or disconnected from teamspeak. After this disconnect he then reconnected under a different name idk why. Then when asked again on TeamSpeak he then proceeded to ignore it and disconnect.

After the situation we had a chat with Stuart in the member support rooms who watched the video and agreed that it was combat logging.

I feel i should add more detail to what happened here. To keep it as short as possible i was involved in a gunfight with the UNMC upon killing eddylane and connormcdx from the hospital roof i went to run down stairs whilst trying to run down i glitched on one of the barriers and died. When i died i alt f4'd. I know i shouldn't have done this and can be considered combat logging. I am fully aware that i will face a ban however i feel i should add more context as this was done in rage and not as an attempt to save gear. Mid gunfight my girlfriend and I was having an argument (she wanted me to come off the computer) so i was already pretty pissed off and then dying with the glitchy hospital kinda made me lose my temper. I know i should have just gotten up from the computer and calmed down however i was too angry to think of this at the time. After calming down i have spoken to eddylane and Bo to explain what happened. I know there is no excuse and i should not have done it so i will be no surprise to expect puniishment foor my actions . I would however like whoever reviews this report take into cosideration that i have been on this server a year and a half and have only been banned at the start of my stint here i pride myself on my knowledge of the rules and good roleplay standards. I have never been accused of combat logging before and dont expect to ever again this was just me being a bit to hot headed because of irl stuff happening at the same time as a stressfull situation in game. I would have attempted t speak to connor aswell however he was not in ts at the time of talking to eddylane. i would also like to attempt to resolve this with connor at the first opportunity as i feel i should be given an opportunity to do so.

I am intrigued, has @ThatScottishGuy and you @Connormcdx/ @Eddylane had a discussion about this? 

What did you do with the gear you more than likely Kept @ThatScottishGuy? Where is the video you allegedly were uploading? In the chat logs shown you claim your game crashed, which you don't mention once in your response, change in story perhaps? Also, what's with the change in name, out of curiosity? 

Please can all those tagged respond within 24 hours.

The change in name was because i had people trolling about me being scottish - kilts , haggis  ect. I was in a bit of a mood yesterday so the last thing i wanted was to be trolled  thats why the change in name. However at the point eddy asked me what happened i was still having an argument with my girlfriend and a pretty serious one at that so i figured the best thing to do was wait until i had calmed down. I went out my house for a bit came back and was getting trolled so changed name. I roleplayed for a bit in kavala then logged off. I have 4 children who sometimes use my computer to watch movies on so i let them watch some stuff thats why i never replied to eddylane the second time. I found out about the report on my phone and the first thing i did was join ts to try and resolve it. I know i should have done this earlier but didnt want to get into any more trouble due to irl issues making me irrate. The gear i didnt keep i lost my gun but had my vest and clothes on. It was not my intention to keep gear. I was not recording the situation so have no proof of what happened and i know how it might look to people who dont know me , but i must stress i have never done this before and certainly wont again.

I did try too speak to eddy and connor to explain what happened after the report which i understand may be seen as the only reason i contacted eddy. I believe Bo already commented on the conversation i had with him and eddylane. But i have yet to speak with or messege or be messeged by connor. The change in story i guess was my attempt at me saving my own bacon i knew i had broken a rule as soon as i had done it. When i spoke to eddylane i told him exactly what happened from start to finish.

We tried to contact him as seen in the screenshots but that was to no avail. He didn't seem to want to resolve it. But of course if necessary I can personally contact him and have a talk about it? But personally, I don't see anything coming from it as he has already admitted his faults and if alright Id just like to leave it down to the staff team.

After discussing this report with @Ram and @Auxen I have come to a conclusion.

I was more leaning towards issuing you with a VERY stern warning for the offence on the basis that you have had a completely clean slate here from what I can see (no bad player notes and no forum warning points).  HOWEVER  you had lied to Eddylane by stating your game crashed when you had actually ALT F4'd, which is not tolerable. The best thing to do is to own up and be honest, not downright lie whilst they're trying to RESOLVE. We take deception seriously here.

On a relative side note: Why get in a gunfight when you are having an argument IRL? It would only aggravate either situation (in-game and real life) and is bound to cause more issues.

If you hadn't of lied and had come clean "sorry lads I dun gone fucked up. I'll spawn in and remove all my gear and I promise this will never happen again, I was having issues IRL (more detail if you desire) " then you probably wouldn't be here, on this report.

It takes 30 seconds to wait for a respawn. Heck you could'a shouted or hit a pillow to release your anger, not alt F4.
