I rocked up to three Ifrits and after engaging in conversation with the gentleman he all of a sudden knew my name out of nowhere after I told him my name was something else. While resolving the only thing he could say was 'I don't see how it was metagaming' and had no intent of listening to two member supports agreeing that it was Metagame. He then admitted that he was told 'Khaan is on duty' which is how he determined it was me. Myself and Pope Chris were the only two officers on duty and the first people we interacted with were these gents.

Counter Evidence: I identified Khan without metagaming at all as the situation began as the video states, as to why Salv decided to say he had a Police Informant I don't know he was probably trying to think of a role play instance instead.

I'm sorry, but unless my helmet has Khaan written on it that's not a valid excuse to know my name. When I told him my name was Guy he should have taken it at that or at least interrogated me a bit more.

But equally you didn't let him RP, he said he had an informant, which for all you knew could have been an off duty officer or the PC standing next to you. You also effectively mentioned going to the rebel liaison in game, and also implied metagame whilst in game, so our RP (i was squirtdaddy Shelby) was completely disrupted by that. (shown in link 1)

you can also see by the video that no name tags are showing in game, and Salv was told it was you before he exited the vehicle. I also have seen you wear the same outfit (helmet) when I was in the police etc. 
I do however understand that a 'helmet' may not be seen as evidence, however if you had roleplayed it out rather than instantly claim metagame the outcome may have been different.

Gangs don't have their names written on their uniforms yet they are still identified by Police, regardless I think identifying you a mile off by just wearing a helmet is acceptable as you are always spotted with the same outfit wearing that helmet with the normal police uniform so I would say this is enough evidence. However if you feel like this is not enough I suppose we'll have to wait for another neutral party to comment.

Also to comment and supply further evidence I thought that personally the actions of Khan was not on.

This will be my last reply since you have further commented and after all I have no more evidence to show. My reply you quoted is relevant to metagaming but if you think not that's just your opinion. As for the link to the video I was not aware of your punishment thank you for letting me know.

Right Gents,

We are an adult community, we resolve things by the book. You have both been around for a while now and understand the in's an out's of the game ect. 

However, I wonder why something very minor wasn't resolved in team-speak and lead to the report? *see edit

I do not wish to action a ban for this report but both parties have their reasons. However I will give my say and hand a firm wrist slap! 

@Badmansalv - "Your Face is familiar" He is wearing a helmet. However, Khan is well known to always have this helmet on. When approaching him you asked his name, for all you know this could be another officer wearing the helmet. Upon him giving you a name you instantly dismissed it and said his real name. 

Future reference: What you should have done when he said a different name was to interrogate him more by claiming that is not his name ect but do not state his name until he gives you it. 

Eg. :

Similar to what the Police do, they scan a car, owner says different name, they will say that it isn't the name on his license. However they will not state the name until the civilian gives it they will just interrogate more.

A lot more roleplay could have went into the video i seen to gather the information to confirm Khans identity. End of the day could have been another guy wearing the helmet? You need to make sure that the person giving you information has been found via RP also.

*  EDIT: I didn't see that you was banned in Teamspeak due to the resolving part. However you have been punished for the outcome in teamspeak. I will stick by my decision to reject this report. However, if anything comes up similar to this situation via in game and Teamspeak then a ban will be issued. You will still have to appeal your ban regarding @Azamai You would not be in this report section if you took the time to remain calm and resolve the whole thing...

@Khaan- Khann you are an excellent roleplayer and you know how to behave when resolving a situation. However, if you see something happening in game which you believe is a rule break ect, you deal with it via teamspeak after the whole situation is over. Allowing the roleplay to flow first rather than continuously asking "how do you know my name" ect and "You know where to go after this is over right?" I believe this reflected on how the situation ended in game. 

You both know what to do as you have both been around for a long time. Situations like this don't need a report they need resolving in a adult manner. If you are both need to speak to me and want more information over this report, message me on teamspeak.
