I am accusing [TCK] Ollie of using an outside source to inform his gang of in game information (teamspeak) of his current situation. No one was nearby when I committed my act, but the second I mug him, his entire crew (4-5 players) suddenly start charging me. Only 1 other player engaged on me and I was promptly killed after, while bleeding out I noticed 4 members of [TCK] standing over my body while they executed me. At no point can you hear any in game communication of the whereabouts of myself.

@PAR Ollie I would like to know how your gang members knew you we're being held up without saying a word. It's ironic how the came once you got robbed.

Well, i'm going to be honest. I did contact them on teamspeak as I was being robbed. I'm going to apologise for that and will take a punishment as I know I shouldn't have done it. @ErebusGaming for my honesty are you going to admit you metagamed after we shot you? You were talking about how we RDMd and didn't initiate properly (At least something along the lines of that) Tbh, i dont care if you dont admit. I can guess you are probably quite pissed at me and I understand. I'd like to be pardonded for my selfish act. I was not thinking at the time and got pretty angry at myself when I realised. I have made many friends on this server and had some of the best times of my life here too. To be banned would mean destroying those moments for one silly,selfish act. I am deeply sorry for what I have done and promise to never do it again.

Oh I quite admit to going outside of RP after I was killed. Yet again, AFTER I was killed. At the time I honestly did not think of any harm of me saying it, but after reviewing the rules I did break RP on my "dying words".

I was mad about the situation because for the 4th time in 3 days on the server members of TCK had magically appeared to save one member of their crew even though they had no in game communication with them but they have received my exact location, gear load out, and name. I have gone so far as to "I have taken your radio and disabled your comms" and your crew always just has this "gut instinct" to save its members by some chance whenever one may be in trouble.

I fully accept any consiquence For me going outside of RP after the matter at hand happened. Which if that results in me getting banned, I can accept that. 2 wrongs do not make a right, but both wrongs should be punished at the discretion of the administrator handling the situation.

BUT here's the thing I honestly do not believe that you or anyone that was in your group actually learned from this situation and won't do it again. The fact that it was such a jerk reaction to immediately meta game already tells me this probably is not the first instance of this happening with you and will not be the last.

Staff as I have said before, I am completely ok with you handling this at your discretion. 

If if I cannot reply, it is simply because I may not be available today as I have to go to some appointments regarding my health. So I will try to respond to any inquiry through my cellphone or other mobile devices

OK the. it seems to be one of those two way things here in which both have done wrong from what i have seen.

As long as you both understand this and learn from this not to do it again then ill be k with denying this as it has been sorted. is that understood? @TCK Ollie @ErebusGaming

I understand. I have never done this before (apart from this one time) and will never do it again. I have learnt from my mistakes and appreciate you not taking action against me. Thank you.
