Please (in detail) describe the incident

Me and some other people were walking in kavala squire when we out of nowhere got VDM'D but a by in a yellow hatchback. I went after the car and saw the police car going to the garage so decided I followed it (The police car was behind the hatchback). Found it infront of the garage with someone standing next to it possibly getting hes items out of it. I thougt it was him and decited to talk to him on ts a bit later. I just talked to him on ts now (Around 21:45 Central EU time) and this is what he said: (Look video 1)
He also said he never drove that car and only wanted the repair kit out of it. (Also have that recorded if needed). What the weird thing is to me is that he said he was just getting hes guns/balaclava out of hes backpack but why would he do it right in front of the garage which was kinda weird in my opinion. Also he said that he din't do anything until I showed him the vid or sonething like that

Ok, I don't really know what to say in my opinion. Obviously, it would have been really nice if you actually showed me the video when you wanted to resolve it with me but instead you just gave me 2 screenshots which, being honest, isn't very helpful! I unfortunately don't have any evidence because I deleted it since I didn't know this report was going to go up at the time.

If you believe me or not, that is your choice but here is what I shall say and I hope that you will at least take it into consideration: I ran from Kavala Square to the Garage because I was looking for a toolkit. I went to a Yellow Hatchback which luckily enough was unlocked so I looked inside to see if there was a toolkit in it. After this, I put my balaclava back on and carry on my way and then I take my guns out hen i get my red hatchback sport out.

This probably won't make a difference but I did it on a PCC and I will do it here: I have been on this community for about 2 years now and I have loved every minute of it. I am trying my best in all aspects of RPUK including trying to get into the Staff Team and being in the Police which I really enjoy - and I don't want this to stop it. In my opinion, it was just wrong place wrong time and there's not much that I could stop it.

Do you really think I would go on a VDM spree and come off a Police holiday doing this? No. I am not that silly and would be pathetic if I did. All I can do is hope that you believe me because, and I am being serious, I didn't do this and it was just wrong place, wrong time.

This is the best evidence I could get to try and defend my case as much as possible:

In this image, you can see 3 people. 1 of the people closest to the car which is me and there are 2 other people. 1 in the VDM scriot by the Offroad / Police SUV and 1 running towards the Garage passing the bin.

In this ^ above image, there are now 4 people. I just happened to be the closest person to the vehicle at the time. I suppose this is like being a detective trying to work out a crime and you have a lot of suspects. Hopefully you can cross me off.

I do understand it more now but the thing where i'm really confused about is that I told you I would talk to a staff member about it and see what he has to say and 5mins later you delete the video because you can't find the time where you were at the garage. I really do understand it more now tho and got it removed alot of my suspicion.

So what are you saying, sorry? Are you keeping this report up or taking it down?

 
@Izaya From the look of things, I can see the person driving the vehicle also hit the police car, which promptly turned around and went to see who was driving also. By the time you turned into the garage yourself, the police are also looking around confused as to who it was. From a cursory glance at this, it does appear @DSGT Fergus is being straight with us here, for if the police seen him at the vehicle by the time they turned the corner, they would likely have also pulled him over and arrested him. However, if he had just run towards the vehicle and was not there as they turned the corner, their reaction of doing what they done (looking around confused) would be what is expected.

I'm not saying you are wrong in this, of course I have no proof either way and I am just going with what I can see in front of me here, but I know @DSGT Fergus has been here quite a while and this something like this would be extremely out of character for him.

Is there anything further to add before I make a final call on this one, as to be fair this looks quite straightforward.

 
Its fine then, I'll be honest. I dint think much would of happened but I did talk to stoneman or something like that on TS and asked him about it. He recommended I should make a report on the forums and see what admins have to say about it and I really wanted to see it aswell tbh. Thanks for the fast response @Vaffla and thank you @DSGT Fergus for the extra information. You can consider  this closed ^^
