Please (in detail) describe the incident

i was on my way to the place where to process copper when i had someone downstairs screaming at me. so i drove into the military compound by the bridge by the main road and went afk for like a minute. when i returned to my computer i noticed i was dead and decided to report the player for killing an afk person. i did speak try to initiate but at that time i was downstairs. ive asked him to join the bristol channel where i put myself but they he said no join my group channel wich i had no intention on doin if i want to speak about something like that i want that to be private without other members. at the end of the report video see me coming back. requesting to join my public channel to try resolve this but it ended in childish "join my group channel". im not really angey about it. but this is the exact reason why i left ALUK for a short while. too much of this going on.

Isn't it your fault for AFKing in an online game? Also I initiated to a further extent before the video started so would you mind uploading that as well as the initiation in this video (from me) doesn't seem ample.

We also did try to resolve this but you refused to come to our channel...

I am replying as I was involved with this and witnessed this. To start with, how is it our fault that you went AFK, the way I see it you went AFK at your own risk, we initiated on you and told you to get out or you will be killed, we gave you plenty of time and you did not get out so Taylor decided to kill you, and about teamspeak, all the people in our gang channel was at the situation and witnessed the situation, that is why I persisted you joined our channel, why would six people join your channel when we are busy when only one person could have joined ours, I do not see that being childish, you wanted to speak with us we gave you a chance and you refused, you then said it would be going to the forums, you have probably wasted more time coming here when you could have just joined our channel. I am going to leave this for the staff to deal with as I have made my statement.

After watching your video I would also like to add, Taylor initiated before the video starts, he said multiple times before the video starts to get out the car or you would be killed, so keep that in mind when watching the video any staff members, we know how to initiate properly.

like i stated i wanted to speak personal to the person without a whole gang backing up 1 person i want a 1v1 perspective and yes it is my fault for going afk. i thought something bad happened. but i dont think just killing the person is a good action against an afk player i would love to show the full video but when i cut the video i set the time wrong and it cut out the beginning so sorry for that on my part.

If I try and hold a AFK person up and he doesnt come back in time.. he dead. Why? Because someone who ignores a gun being pointed at him must have something up his sleeve. It is not against the rules to kill someone who is AFK. From a RP point of view, they don't know you are AFK, you are just ignoring their demands. So you end up dead. Also, how can you call it childish for them to ask to join their channel?... You asked them to join yours, but open channels are what they are, open. So easy to be disturbed. Their gang channel isn't so, not a strange thing to ask.

Report denied, no rules broken. Also, you say it has been only a minute, but I am still going to point this out:
