The accused crashed into us and as he exited the vehicle he broke RP to say "Desync, that's acceptable, by any standards." I'll make clear that I normally wouldn't be bothered with such a petty, insignificant comment, however this player later goes on to fire upon us without a real initiation (I'm not entirely sure as to whether his engagement is okay or not in these circumstances), and criticize the roleplay of the other officer and I in LOOC chat because we tell him that he will be sent to a prison, and then after listening to his claims of having 'bipolar' that he will be sent to an asylum.

I've marked this as trolling as well as the other offenses as I feel that the user has no patience with roleplay that doesn't go his way: I feel that he attempted RDM (uncertain) in order to quickly get him and his mate off doing something else, and then immediately accuses us of terrible roleplay in direct when he goes ahead with what was essentially "sorry I'm bipolar" - because we sent him to jail and this obviously isn't a form of 'going his way', and is 'terrible roleplay'; to add insult to injury, the first verbal exchange during the RP situation was ironically a break of character by the offending party.

Rule 1 encourages respect, and in an adult community I feel that such harassment and defamation, as well as blatant hypocrisy should not be subjected to others.

NOTE: I asked him later on in the car in direct why he made accusations of bad RP against us in spite of his blatant initial breach of character, and he denied it completely.

First of all he says "Do you think that is acceptable by any standard". Not "Desync".

Iam gonna give two warnings here. No bans. Taylor, if I see you type like that in OOC again I will issue a ban. Its childish and ruins everything that could happen. 

Second of all, @ChrisAl, it would do you good to roleplay alittle more. You were very quick to  rubber someone who was just running  from a car crash and reading the rights in the car... Atleast make an effort by saying " The prison is equipped with a medical staff and the best medical equipment the government can buy". Or something like it.
