After following them for a while and them speaking from the car telling us there going to warning shot us andtrying to vdm us, we pull up next to them and i ask them to show me there "gats" as i said, he then went to me "did you say gats are you a n*****"

Why did you not try to resolv it with the player and explain how the rules are working on this server ?

I was involved in that situation and it goes without saying that if you insult others in roleplay you are poor at it and u can't do it at all. They are not 5 years old kids that u need to teach about simple things like that. It should be obvious that they can't do it . Insults and racism is a big problem in this server . 

This video is a bit to short to understand necessity of this word but I was in all situation from the beginning and in the end I felt disgraced.

If someone wants to roleplay "badass" guy they should use more simple words to do it and still in that case you should create really high quality roleplay scenario.

The player "Tarly" is his first time on the server it will be noted on his player id that he have said the N word before. And im gonna hope this is the one time offence.

If you nex time feel the need to report a player please try to resolv it first and bring a longer video.
