As you can see in the 2 clips i will link. in the first video you will see that this guy TAE runs up to me and robs me, and everything he said was "hands up" and then robbed me. then ran away. in the second clip TAE finds me when driving towards cider factory, and lands his heli and him and his friend tells us to lay down and then put our hands up. then they ziptie and dont say anything about us being kidnapped.

Hi @isak finell - thank you for submitting this report. However, Im abit unsure as to what you're not satisfied with? From the recordings I see some (fairly/semi) decent interactions? They're not the best - I would give you that, but they're not too poor to necessarily warrant a warning point.

Have you tried to talk to said person on TS and have a chat to see if he just needs a push in the right direction?

I didnt know that you are allowed to run up to someone and all you say is "hands up" and then rob them and run away. i think that is very poor rp. and no i have not tried speaking to him in ts, since i havent seem him online since it occured

So currently our rules around this relate back to RDM and what is considered high quality roleplay. 
If high quality roleplay is not provided then following our rules you are not allowed to shoot. 

Just saying "hands up" is not considered high quality, you are correct. I appreciate that he doesn't give you much to go on, but you also do not provide very much roleplay for the player in question to respond to. 

 (7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. 

Based on the evidence provided I will not be taking action against this player at this time, and I hope you can understand the reasoning behind that based on the rule above. 
 
It is important to maintain high quality roleplay throughout all interactions of course, and you have brought this player to our attention as someone who could potentially fall foul of the rules. 
The staff team appreciates you taking the time to make this report, and if you do see the player on teamspeak feel free to attempt to talk to him about these situations. If you would like a staff member to liase the situation with you, you can simply go to JFS and request it.
