Was at the weed processor when a player pulled up in a hatch back (Switch) he did not initiate on my friend or myself, my friend said that someone was trying to rob him so I walked around I had my gun out due to the nature of what we was doing (it was out for the whole duration of being there) as soon as I had visuals on the player he started to shoot at me, I did try to fire back to defend myself but was killed, I feel this was RDM due to not being initiated on properly and low quality rp as no dialogue was made between us before shots were made and when I walked round to him I didn't have a chance to do anything.

Ok, so I dont know why you cant hear me in your recording when your friend could hear be fine. But oh well, the reason you was shot was because I initated saying to put your hands up and that this is a robbery multiply times, your friend then tried shooting me through the wall, the all of a sudden i have a guy trying to flank me, just after ive been shot at, with a pistol and as you said in teamspeak he was aiming at my head and looked ready to shoot, and then opened fire on me, so returned the shots and killed you, it was an active firefight when your buddy attempted to shot me. Im just uploading my recording now.

I do understand that my roleplay wasnt the greatest but I wasnt going to kill you until your friend with the TRG tried shooting me through the wall, at that point i was being shot at and see someone trying to push round with a gun and possibly kill me so as i had already been shot i decided to shoot you. Regarding the not being able to hear me I am very unsure as normally when you are that distance from other people then you would be able to hear them.

I would also like to add the below video from when we was talking about the situtation and you decided to start insulting us calling us idiots and what not.

I am still willing to talk to you on ts and see if we can resolve this and figure out why you couldnt hear me, when your friend could.

So the reason why I couldn't hear you is due to the distance and that voice doesn't travel that far, you was initially speaking when I was round the back of the warehouse/ behind the third vehicle (SUV) and wasn't in range, so you hadn't initiated on me properly which lead to RDM/Poor roleplay, I walked around after my friend Hoxton/Juice said he might be getting robbed so I came round to see what was happening and as before mentioned had my gun out the whole time due to committing crimes and being ready for cops/events such as this, you clearly on both of our videos immediately start shooting at me the second you see me before saying or doing anything to me and after your first few shots miss I start to spray in your direction in self defence. You then walk around the corner and spray at someone else who again had no chance of hearing you and hes there doing nothing and you just spray a clip at him.

You mention the guy with the TRG shooting at you and you then started to shoot back, how did you know all three players were even working together? (We were) but you just assume everyone there is hostile towards you? By that logic if you get into a gun fight with someone in Athira can you then just shoot everyone who has a gun near you?

And yes you were told you were being 'idiots' after random people were coming in to team speak giving opinions on the events who were not even being there and saying they saw the whole thing yet they were 50+ metres away and wouldn't have been able to see it all and definitely heard nothing but shots, this was late into the conversation and whilst we were bleeding out from the RDM's your friends quickly turned up and took with the vehicles whilst talking OOC on ts during a discussion so they wasn't taking it seriously at all.

I have tried to speak to you on TS, I was banned for accusing an admin of being biased towards to as you knew each other then unbanned after, when I came onto ts to link this to you and try to discuss it the only interest you had was to get me banned and didn't want to talk to me and wasted everyone's time on team speak randomly hard muting to talk to other people mid discussion and over powering others when they were trying to speak, I feel this is best to be discussed and settled here openly to get others opinions on the matter.

Regarding the sound, I could hear everything, I heard you in game when in range, heard your car, and heard the chirp of you locking it, you was on the other side of the processor at the time and down the hill it wouldn't have been possible to hear you, by this logic anyone can go to any dealer/processor etc shout everyone hands up or you will be shot and then go on a killing spree assuming everyone heard everything.

I will post more tomorrow, but regarding you talking about knowing all 3 players are together, you're correct there is no way for certain i could know this. But I can try and use common sense and think that you MAY be together. If you had came round that corner when I saw you with your gun lowered and didnt look as if you was about to shoot me I wouldn't of. You came round as if you was going to shoot me since our 2 groups at that point was in a gun fight, so i took the shot. Finally, when you came back on ts in no way was I trying to get you banned but instead I was more suprised to see you back on TS and didn't know you had been unbanned. Hope you have a good evening.

Hello,

So after reviewing all of the evidence I have come to the following conclusions. - This is going to include both reports on the player in question as they are for the same thing.

So, it seems to me that the RP given wasn't the best and there could of being more opportunity to RP, but Conor didn't take that. Now, by no means that is not against the rules as it is his prerogative to do so. 

Now, in the original video it is evident that you can't hear the initiation given. But, after reviewing Conor's video it is evident that he does initiate. Now, it is not Conor's fault that you didn't hear the initiation, it is your responsibility to make sure that you hear the initiation. 

So, based on those findings, I am going to do the following. 

Conor, what I have seen isn't the best but it isn't a rule break. But for the future instead of just going up to initiate at least try and RP with them first. But, there was no rule break here, but remember this is an RP server so please make sure that you RP for the future and not so borderline. 

So, with that said, I am going to be denying this report.
