I was driving to Kavala to help some members of our gang and on the way I was spike striped and a x-name comes up to me and tells me to stay in my car, but there is a window between me and him so I get out anyway because I would of heard him IRL. His friend thinks this is a good time to shoot at me, first mistake for them. After a while he tells me to get out of the car but he didn't say thing think else so I just walked away but he told me to come back so I did. He goes on to tell me to drop my stuff and I warm him that I could reflex and pull out my gun which is an ARMA issue. I drop my stuff expect for my gun which I pretended that I didn't have and that I couldn't see it, he keeps telling me to drop it but I'm still going to keep it because I don't feel like they can just shoot me because I can't see my gun, but I was wrong and so he shot me this is where I felt a line was crossed and so I wanted them to come to TS. They kept refusing to come to TS and so Johnjoeegan stepped in to silence the chat and so I did. I said one last comment before I had enough of them refusing which was. "I'd rather not, but your making it difficult, and i feel like it was poor RP and im afraid that im going to have to take it to the forums".

Good evening, I was one of the snipers overlooking the situation from a hill about 500 meters away. We didn't bother to come onto teamspeak, because we are sick an tired of large gangs complaining straight away as soon if something isn't going their way. After watching this footage it confirms it once again. Below I'm listing some issues I noticed about Mr. DTYlan his role-play.

1.  You were asked to remain inside your vehicle by 'Sushi McGreggor', you decide to still exit the vehicle after waiting for 6 seconds. You were clearly able to hear everything my friend said. However you claimed that you couldn't hear him because of your window were shut. This doesn't make sense as well. I can confirm that you can actually hear someone IRL when he's 5 meters away from your vehicle. (Even if your window is closed)

2. You complied with 75% percent of our demands, however you decided not to drop your weapon. 'Sushi McGreggor' asked you four times to drop your firearm on the floor. You kept on stalling the situation, our patience ran out and therefor you were shot. You did not value your life at all, seeing as you were asked to drop your firearm four times. And then you are claiming that we had Poor-RP? I think it's the other way around, buddy.  Also you mentioned you can't turn your neck 180 degrees, which is true. However you are able to look over your left and right shoulder. So you claiming that you couldn't see the firearm is bullshit. If so... You should see a doctor, because something isn't right in that neck of yours.

So stop making a fool of yourself and move on... We are an adult community.

Answer to point 1) the reason why I had "waited" inside of my car is that you can hear and see me having to almost spam the u key trying to get out of my vehicle to talk to your buddy. With the not hearing part I'm not sure which car you could have to hear someone talk 5 meters away with the engine still running.

Answer to point 2) as this is a roleplay server and since anyone can "pretend" to do anything almost from giving a note to not being able to see a gun on my back, the possibilitys are endless. I do value my life but my character is more of man and looks death in the face and would tell him to go f**k himself.

The way I felt that it was poor RP was that your friends didnt value me as a human because they shot me for getting out of the vehicle and  not dropping my weapon (which in my imagination was not there) and I know that somewhere along the rules there is something that's says something close to "you can not kill someone for not giving there keys up for there vehicle" which might not apply in this situation but that is up to the admins of AltisLife to decide.

Next time don't go and message on a report that does not directly involve you because you were not at the scene as your friend never stated that he had any snipers. Next time get you friend to post here as they were involved. This wouldn't of had to happen if you just come to TS and resolved it there.

Now I would like to had this report over for the admins to decide.

I'm responding because my friends are currently asleep. Besides that I also responded to your question In-game concerning this matter. My friend was shouting 'Stay in the car' to you, he even started singing after a while. We wanted you to remain in the vehicle, so we could slowly voice or demands. We are dependently aware that we are playing on a role-play server. We had different creative role-play (which didn't involve firearms)  before we decided to place down that spike strip and rob someone. Also on the matter that you weren't able to see your firearm. How are you able to take everything off (Clothing, Vest, Backpack) without noticing your firearm. Obviously that is RP'ly strapped to your backpack/clothing. Next time just follow the instructions from the initiator (Sushi McGreggor) and everything would have been fine. Every (rebel)group has a different way to approach someone. We approach with caution, therefor we wanted you to remain inside the vehicle. 

I witnessed the situation from a distance with my rangefinder (We had a group of 6 people at different angles). I knew what 'Sushi McGreggor' was demanding from you, because we have trained to preform these robberies. However will wait for an Administrator to reply to this thread. Because we obviously aren't coming to an agreement here. Not certain however my friends (Sushi McGreggor and Animal Mother) might respond tomorrow if they have anything to add.

Before you read, I posted this as a form of evidence, feel free to remove my post if you think its unnecessary.

  Right, I was contemplating opening a report on this gang maybe 30 minutes prior to this incident, however I was told that we had received some form of compensation from our encounter. I am ONLY commenting as you have in my opinion involved me and the rest of the people involved in our situation by stating " We didn't bother to come onto teamspeak, because we are sick an tired of large gangs complaining straight away as soon if something isn't going their way. I have two videos of our encounter. The first you claimed that you told us to also stay inside the vehicle (which we heard nothing like) and as soon as we got you shot. When we asked for you guys to come to teamspeak we were pretty patient as I think you had to update the security which is understandable. Animal Mother like we asked came down to the Marmite lobby and we started to chat. Please feel free to watch the videos, sorry if they cut out slightly its due to me tabbing.

If an admin requests me to speak then so be it but I'm not gonna respond unless need be.

@MistarSalt It's correct that Animal Mother his attitude was out of line. That's why someone (Bastiaan) else instead joined your Teamspeak channel. He spoken with you gentlemen and you came to an agreement. We had to return the stolen firearms and everything else that was taken from your bodies. We agreed to meet in Topolia and there you received everything back. This situation is between our group of people and Mr. DTYlan. Therefor I don't get why you are posting in this thread. Besides that as I mentioned before we came to an agreement and I'm pretty sure that Bastiaan already apologized for the attitude of one of our members. I would appreciate if you remove that post, seeing as we came to an agreement and it's not related to this report.

You were told to drop your weapon to which you replyed you cant see it? What do you mean you cant see it? I find it bad RP on your part that your trying to make them think its a glitch. I see anymore of this and you will be banned, Okay?
