We were following 4 HEMMTS leaving Neri drug dealer. We have pulled over one of them close to Kavala because he was wanted for drug trafficking. The truck stopped, two unarmed people have jumped out and they have told us that the truck belongs to uncle of one of them. I have told them that I will have to search the truck and them because they were in truck which is wanted for drug trafficking. I have restrained the driver and I have searched the truck. It was empty. One of them told me that I should let the restrained driver go because his cousins are comming and I should back off. I responded that I will have to search the driver. Then I was knocked out without any initiation when I had weapon in my hands and I was shot dead.

Thank you for this report, it's quality like this of waiting for 3 hours to come to me, meaning we wouldn't save the video to deal with the situation, but I digress.

You're account of the video is bias and pointless, you have chosen to ignore Genesis RP'ing for 3 minutes that people were coming to deal with this, the video being 1 minute long, when then situation is over 4 minutes in RP.

Now, my actions, you have been forewarned people are on the way to deal with it, given you cut that part of the video, not much I can do with that aspect, but I leave my vehicle, approach you while you attention is elsewhere, knock you out, roleplaying before hand, and explaining your death prior to killing you.

Now, onto you resolving the situation, it's laughable, given you brought a shortened video to show a bias towards your point, entering my channel you weren't going to leave without me saying I RDM'd you. Given that I won't sully myself to grovel for this, then you are mistaken. 

The entire thing is a farce, the video is too short, and basically means, compliance has to be violent and with aggression for it to be taken seriously, why doesn't the fun interactive way Genesis did it, which ye ignored with him radioing us and pretending he was on the phone calling backup, but alas, you cut the video and didn't even give us a chance to show that recording, we thought it was a fine situation.

RDM by definition is " Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban) " Now, there is no way I'm letting you back up to shoot me, or restrain you given 2 officers now have guns on us. I even went a step further and RP'd prior to killing you, sure it was short, but it was enough for you to know why you were killed. Genesis' 4 minutes of RP that you cut is also adding to the RP.

"Then I was knocked out without any initiation when I had weapon in my hands and I was shot dead." Clearly a lie, I say that you took too long prior to the knock out, regardless of gun in the hand, you aren't looking my way and I also have a gun in my hand. I like the lying on this.

Unfortunately this is all I have. I was not expecting to be shot at so after I was shot I have saved the last 60 sec.

3. Do not lie on reports or edit videos to get people banned as this will lead to a ban against yourself

You have infact lied, saying I haven't issued compliance prior to knocking you out. You have shown a shortened video, without the required amount of time for this style of report as well as showing only a snippet of a long RP session, in an effort to make it seem worse then what it really was. You are the only officer that took exception to this situation.

Now, I'd like to make one final remark before admins review this and I won't make another comment. This is a revenge report, the other day we were accused of RDM by Stejsky, we went to the liaison room to resolve it and the command deemed it null. Later, the SPC with the recording decided to report our gang, but the video itself showed metagame and abuse towards an admin, this was dealt with by Gregory who spoke to those involved, he also banned Stejsky as a by product before unbanning him, he has taken to accusing us as the reason he was banned, go as to come to our channel to try to get us to admit to asking him to be banned, even though if you spoke to all those we had spoken too personally prior, we just wanted words and have an admin review it so they could make their own conclusions and decisions. 

With that, I thank the admins for leaving this open so we could make our responses.

There was roleplay, so there was no violation as Genesis did try to roleplay it. However I think the attitude here about Bias this and Bias that is slightly out of hand. Every player has a different system, and every player can only record so much or get so much. I am also disappointed that you didn't take him hostage and decided to shoot him, especially when the gang is a well known group of roleplayers.
